The first episode of Karan Johar’s chat show Koffee with
Karan with Deepika Padukone and Alia Bhatt had the actresses make numerous exciting
disclosures about their personal life. Deepika Padukone confessed to dating
Ranveer Singh for six years, whereas Karan hinted that Alia Bhatt and Ranbir
Kapoor have been together for almost a year. Deepika also responded to all the
sweet comments she and boyfriend Ranveer post on each other’s photographs on
Instagram and Alia Bhatt spoke about getting Neetu Kapoor’s approval.
In the rapid fire session, Alia Bhatt and Deepika Padukone
were at their candid best and Alia won the hamper. Alia was questioned about
who she thinks alleged ex-boyfriend Sidharth Malhotra should date. Alia told
that he should date Kiara Advani. There have been reports of Sidharth and Kiara
being in a relationship, but, they have repudiated it during media
interactions. Sidharth was one of the few celebs to have attended Kiara’s
birthday party this year, fuelling conjectures about them being in a
relationship. Alia further added that if his relationship with Kiara Advani
doesn’t work out, then Sidharth should date Jacqueline Fernandez.
