Not narrated Race 3 to Salman till date, reveals Abbas-Mustan!

Rumors were widespread that Salman Khan has been approached for the third installment of the trendy action-thriller, Race 3. Rumour mill was abuzz that Salman will step into the shoes of a villainous character in the movie. But, the makers of Race franchise, director duo Abbas-Mustan have cleared that Salman hasn't been approached for the movie yet!

"We have not narrated any idea to Salman. We are yet to take a call on Race 3. Next year we will decide about the casting and other details of the film," told the filmmakers to a close source.

"The writers are working on the script. We haven't heard the story so we can't say anything about casting. There are reports that Salman is going to be part of the third part of the film but the fact is work is in progress so it's too early to say anything," Abbas-Mustan further added.

While the first movie released in 2008, starring Saif Ali Khan and Akshaye Khanna in prominent roles, the sequel Race 2 released in 2013.

On being enquired if Saif and Anil (Kapoor) will feature in the third part as well, the filmmakers told, "Not decided the characters yet."

Homi Adajania denies any resemblances between Takadum and Ae Dil Hai Mushkil!

Rumors of Sushant Singh Rajput and Parineeti Chopra's Takadum being pushed have been making the rounds. Sources disclose that the makers have postponed the shoot to work on making modifications to their screenplay as there were resemblances in the story’s setting with that of the movie, Ae Dil Hai Mushkil.

But, director Homi Adajania rebuffs these rumors.

When questioned about this, he told, “It’s nothing like that at all. We just felt that we needed to rework certain angles, mainly on the structure of the screenplay to improve it. Once this is done and we are happy with the changes we will commence the shoot process.”

Sushant and Parineeti are coming together again after Shuddh Desi Romance (2013).

Salman Khan's bodyguard Shera gets relief in assault case!

Just like his boss, Salman Khan's bodyguard for over two decades, Shera, found himself in the middle of a controversy. The man in question was slapped with the charges of assault by Attar Umar Qureshi.

But as per news in a famous tabloid, the Bandra police investigating the case has concluded that the complaint registered against Shera by Qureshi is fake and is an effort to blackmail.

Actually, Qureshi had alleged that Shera had broken his collar bone by hitting him with the butt of a pistol after the bodyguard had a heated argument with Qureshi's friend over the phone on October 25. Shera was later detained by the DN Nagar police and booked under IPC 326, 503 and 504. Before heading to the police station, Shera gave a statement and quoted that is was a verbal argument and not a physical fight.

During the interrogative, Shera said the cops that someone had tried to stop his car at around 2 am near Amitabh Bachchan's Juhu bungalow. When he didn't stop, he'd deliberately fallen down on the road in front of the car. "We started searching for witnesses and came across taxi and auto drivers who in their statement reiterated that someone had fallen down on the road to stop a car and injured himself in the process," a senior police officer said the daily.

The officials further added that when Qureshi was confronted with this evidence, he confessed that after the argument with Shera on the phone, he'd planned to beat him up that night and file a complaint to spoil his image. The cops believe that Qureshi thought this would, in turn, tarnish Shera's boss and actor Salman's reputation and give him a chance to extort money from him.

Apparently, the cops are now ready to take an action against Qureshi for filing a false complaint.

Alia, Shraddha and I are very diverse when it comes to our personalities and work, reveals Parineeti Chopra!

Bollywwod chirpy actresses Parineeti Chopra, Alia Bhatt and Shraddha Kapoor are the present favourites from the young generation of actors in Bollywood.

Lately, in a chit chat with a famous daily, Parineeti told that she feels there's a little competition, despite being peers. She told, "There are more films being made than the number of actors in the industry. From the biggest stars to the newest people, there are about 20-30 actors, but over 160 movies are being made every year."

She further included, "Alia, Shraddha and I are very different when it comes to our personalities and our work, so directors consider us for different roles. The important thing is to remain in a position that’s good enough to be offered good movies."

Parineeti credited their friendship for overpowering the feeling of competitiveness. She concluded revealing, "We don’t think like that. In fact, we often talk about our films and what we’re doing. It’s an encouraging, friendly and positive relationship. It’s similar to what VD (Varun Dhawan), Arjun (Kapoor) and Sid (Sidharth Malhotra) share. We talk about films and the kind of movies we should do."
