TV serial KumKum Bhagya tops the TRP charts while Naagin 2 slips to 3rd!

Now Mouni Roy's Naagin 2 has finally been defeated by some other show, which again is from the home banner of Naagin 2's makers. Yes, this time shifting Naagin 2 onto number 3 is none other than Balaji's KumKum Bhagya.

The serial on number 2 is Naira Kartik's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. The Abhi and Tanu's marriage track has definitely grabbed many eyeballs with Pragya's twist, it seems to have made audiences very intrigued to it. In Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, with Karthik and Naira's tale taking a lot of new turns, it is sure to rake up on the charts next week.  While on 4 and 5 is Zee TV's Sa Re Ga Ma Pa and Shakti, Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki correspondingly. The serial has been able to grab headlines due to the strong subject of a life of transgender.  Climbing up to the 6th position is Yeh Hai Mohabbatein followed by Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah on the seventh position. It’s a narrow escape for Karanvir Bohra in a major car accident!

Be it Hindi Film Industry, television or theatre, travelling for shows or movies is an essential part of every actor's professional life. But is it always that safe?!

Well, TV star Karanvir Bohra just got lucky! Karanvir lately met with a massive accident while he was on his way to Bhuj for his next movie Hume Tum Se Pyar Kitna's song shoot. The accident took place at around 7 am nearby Bharuch. A speeding truck coming from the wrong direction hit the car, crushing the window panes. But by God's grace, everybody seated in the car escaped unhurt. Actor Priya Banerjee and Karanvir's sister Meenakshi were in the same car.

Karanvir has cancelled this schedule and they are coming back to Mumbai after receiving first aid. Karanvir said to a close source, “By God's grace we are safe. My car met with a very bad accident, is over the divider. I am safe with just a slight pain in the back, but I will be fine. Thank you God for saving us". In the meantime, Karanvir is also all set to step into the shoes of the late Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi. He is all set with his forthcoming project, Ijjazat, a short film revolving around the love story of Rajiv Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi.

Seemingly, while Karanvir essays Rajiv, Priya Banerjee essays the role of Sonia. In a press statement, Karanvir told, “It’s tribute to Sonia and Rajiv Ji’s love story, but it’s is fiction. Neither does it have any political agenda nor is it an attempt to grab eyeballs. It is a simple story which is made to create a different content for the audience.” 

He further told, “It is a tribute to love & peace worldwide. I am an actor and my job is to act but sometimes you come across an idea and you don’t want to wait for someone to back it. This is one such product, may be few year ago it would have been difficult to take such step. But now, thanks to the growing reach of the internet, it is easy to showcase one’s creativity so I took this step. I’ve always been fascinated with classic love stories of the 50’s and the 60’s. They don’t write such stories or make such movies anymore.”

Naagin 2 tops TRP charts while The Kapil Sharma Show gets 3rd spot!

TV mogul Ekta Kapoor's Naagin 2 is not ready to let go off the first position on the TRP charts.

It seems like the viewers are happy with all twists and supernatural dramas in the show. But, what's fascinating is that Udaan has replaced Sasural Simar Ka and has made it to the top 5 list.

Naagin 2’s Sudha Chandran to leave Naagin 2?

TV show Naagin 2 has been reigning the TRP charts for quite a while now. Fans are always keen to watch the episodes of the show and have been appreciating the acts. Well, the shocking news is that Sudha Chandran aka Yamini might leave the show. 

As per to a news portal, Sudha had a major showdown with the director of the show, Kushal Zaveri. The story is that Kushal had a problem with Sudha holding her script in her hands on the sets and things got worse when she answered him saying that if not the script, should she hold a glass of beer?

The director sensed that she never reads her script in advance and does so, while shooting, which causes a delay in the shoot and according to Sudha, it's humanly impossible to learn all the lines.

Post the argument, Sudha completed her scene and went to her vanity as she respects her work. She has informed the production house about the issue and they were thoughtful to come to the sets to solve it. But, Kushal did not apologise and claimed that he was right.

The reality show Bigg Boss has not upheld again its charm and people do not seem to relish the show as it was anticipated. BB10 has again failed to make it to the top 20 on the TRP chart.

TV reality show Bigg Boss10 again has not been made place in the Top 10, while Naagin 2 has topped again on TRP charts! Television shows have been making viewers stay glued to it and makers are trying their level best in bringing out various twists and turns to keep the audiences glued.

In 2016, a lot of new shows have immediately made a place in the hearts of people. Naagin 2 seems to refuse to let go of its top position while the rest seem to be switching positions. Seeing the 45th week on TV, yet again Naagin 2 bags the top slot while Udaan and Shakti... Bigg Boss 10 slips in TRP ranking; unable to impress viewers!

This is not a positive news for the Bigg Boss 10 admirers! The Salman Khan show's magic seems to be declining as the newest season has failed to excite the viewers. As per the latest BARC ratings, the reality show couldn't manage to secure a position in the list of top 10 shows on the TRP charts.

The Bigg Boss 10 premiered on Colors in Week 42 and had then managed to feature at the 18th spot. But, the TRPs of BB10 seem to be falling as in the Week 43 report the show was nowhere in the Top 20 list as well! 

In contrast, Naagin 2 and Shakti - Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki continue to rule the list by securing the 1st and 2nd spots respectively.

Graceful Mouni Roy’s club dance number in Tum Bin 2?

TV’s elegant beauty Mouni Roy has been winning hearts with her sizzling photos and videos on Instagram. The actor, who is busy shooting for Naagin 2, is ready to sizzle on the big screen.

As per a famous tabloid, Mouni will be seen in a special song in the forthcoming movie, Tum Bin 2. The makers of the movie will be reinventing the famous Punjabi folk number, Nachna Aunda Nahin with the TV beauty. The track will be crooned by Hardy Sandhu, Neha Kakkar and Raftaar, while Remo D'souza has been roped in to choreograph the song.

Rumors have it, the Naagin actor will be shooting for this club dance number this week along with the singers and cast of Tum Bin 2 - Neha Sharma, Aditya Seal and Aashim Gulati.

Tum Bin 2 is directed by Anubhav Sinha and is slated for a release on November 18, 2016.

TV avtress Mouni Roy is all geared up for Naagin 2. The actress, who will be seen paired opposite Karanvir Bohra this time, told that she will miss ex-co-star Arjun Bijlani on sets.

During the press conference of Naagin 2, Mouni told, "Everybody will miss Arjun on sets. He is this full of life and fun-loving guy who will keep joking around, talking to everybody. He has now taken all of it to Vienna and is having a gala time there. But Yes, I would want to wish him all the best. My very dear friend Drashti is also a part of the show and it is another big project Pardes Mein Hai Mera Dil from Balaji's kitty and I am looking forward  to it."

While speaking about Karanvir Bohra, Mouni told, "Now we have KVB, who is also a good friend. Earlier, it was about Shivaanya and Rithvik and now it is about Rocky and Shivaangi. He took me to his place, where I got to meet his parents. We all had a serious discussion over our relationship. He has decided to be with me in India to support me in my career and he is here, " said Aashka. "Brent very well knows how to communicate with my family. He will go to my grandmother and say Jai Shree Krishna. He will go to my father and say Jay Swaminarayan. You won't believe how fluently he speaks Hindi and that too has picked up in just 22 days. He makes me feel so good!" revealed Aashka about first meeting.

Mouni Roy’s anger is visible over journos’ question about her alleged lip job!

Mouni Roy recently attended the launch of her TV show Naagin 2. The actress, who looked beautiful in an off-white dress, was in good spirits until journos asked about her alleged 'lip job'.

Mouni Roy did not take the question lightly, and fumed at the journos. She lashed out telling, "Please go and check my Instagram pictures." Walking away from the set of media persons, Mouni told, "I am not carrying on with your questions anymore! How could you even ask that?!"

Seemingly, the popular TV actress also complained to the organisers about the 'inappropriate' questioning.

It seems like Mouni is indeed touchy about the topic as she later posted, "Rise above the negativity of others. Stay positive always."

There's no loyalty left, I feel it is better to stay single: Adaa Khan

She said, "What I see around today is lot of breakups, divorces and there's no loyalty left. Looking at all of this,I feel it is better to stay single. Rather than getting into a relationship, suffering a heartbreak and ruining your life, I would like to stay single and be happy. Right now I am single and I have closed my doors to love."

On asking further, she said, "Now when I see around I find this very common. Almost everyone is having a fling. Even married men are having extra-marital affairs it has become very normal. But for me it was a shock. So I have decided to stay away from it."

Adaa further told, "After the heartbreak I have evolved as a person, I have definitely grown as a person. I have learnt my lesson. I have totally changed as a person." She further told, "Today people have flings in the name of friendship. For me when I love someone I would want that relationship to be successful. If again something like this happens it will break me."

Further, she specified of how her family is extremely supportive of her decisions in life hence has no any marital pressures from their end. "My father is very supportive of my decision. For him, my happiness is a priority. He feels if I am happy nothing else matters to him. Rather than seeing a divorcee daughter at home. It's better be single, successful and happy," she told.

The actress was dating actor Ankit Gera (co-star Roopal Tyagi of Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke) in past.

No airing of No Naagin 2 or Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai on Pakistani TV!

Afterward India banned Pakistani artists, Pakistan has now determined to ban all Indian movies in their country. And in a latest development, Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Board has also asked its local TV networks to stop airing illegal Indian shows in the country!

As per a famous daily, the complaints have shown serious concerns on this issue (illegal Indian contents) in the wake of the current situation between India and Pakistan. Complaints have urged PEMRA to impose an immediate ban on broadcast and distribution of illegal Indian channels and illegal Indian DTH,” PEMRA told in a statement.

Lately, Zindagi channel too decided to come up with Indian content on their channel, which was initially ruled by shows from Pakistan. Now with the regulation on Indian TV shows in Pakistan, it means that there won't be any more Naagin 2 or Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai for the Pakistanis viewers.
