TV serial KumKum Bhagya tops the TRP charts while Naagin 2 slips to 3rd!

Now Mouni Roy's Naagin 2 has finally been defeated by some other show, which again is from the home banner of Naagin 2's makers. Yes, this time shifting Naagin 2 onto number 3 is none other than Balaji's KumKum Bhagya.

The serial on number 2 is Naira Kartik's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. The Abhi and Tanu's marriage track has definitely grabbed many eyeballs with Pragya's twist, it seems to have made audiences very intrigued to it. In Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, with Karthik and Naira's tale taking a lot of new turns, it is sure to rake up on the charts next week.  While on 4 and 5 is Zee TV's Sa Re Ga Ma Pa and Shakti, Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki correspondingly. The serial has been able to grab headlines due to the strong subject of a life of transgender.  Climbing up to the 6th position is Yeh Hai Mohabbatein followed by Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah on the seventh position. The eighth and ninth ranks were The Kapil Sharma Show and Naamkaran respectively. Shani is on the tenth position. In the list of Top 10 shows, the ranking as per BARC India ratings goes as;-

Life is too short to react on such things; should just move on in life, says Hina Khan on dispute with Rajan Shahi!

The spat between Hina Khan and Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai maker Rajan Shahi has been making the headlines from quite some time now.

The director had previously indirectly specified how the actors who left the show had given him and the team a tough time without disclosing their names. But it seems both Karan and Hina aka Naitik and Akshara had a different story to tell.

In an official statement, he had told, “With due respect to both the actors, it is a fact that after Karan left, we could consolidate our position and the TRPs actually increased. After Hina's exit too, the show has grown. This is not to say that they did not contribute to the show, but we were not able to shoot when those two were a part of the show as they had so much baggage. There were just two-three hours of shooting with the lead actors. Now, even if we are given a choice, the writers wouldn't want Akshara back.”

Now after months of disagreements and mud-slinging, Hina Khan has cleared the air on the much-discussed hullabaloo.

She revealed, “Rajan Shahi is like a father figure to me. I too have fights with my father after which I don't talk to him for days and weeks. Probably if I would have been staying with Rajan Sir under one roof, things would have gotten better by now.”

“And actually life is too short to actually think and react over such things. It's necessary to move on. I am doing good, they are doing good and I am happy.  I am doing Khatron Ke Khiladi right now and going forward may just do another show. In short, we all should just move on in life”, she added.

Having entered into the television world with Star Plus's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 7 years back, the actress rose to fame as Akshara. Hina, lately along with her other co-stars, was in Switzerland to shoot for an important segment for the show.
