Priyanka Chopra starrer Baywatch’s nomination for a worst flick of 2017!

International diva Priyanka Chopra made her Hollywood film debut with Baywatch. In the movie, she essayed the main antagonist Victoria Leeds and people praised her for her perfect fashion sense and awesome acting. But, the film failed to impress at the box-office internationally and came out as a flop movie.

The Golden Raspberry Awards or popularly known as Razzie Awards is a show where worst movies are felicitated. And this year, Priyanka starrer Baywatch has been nominated in the several categories including Worst Picture, Worst Actor - Zac Efron, Worst Remake, Rip-Off or Sequel and Worst Screenplay.

Other than Baywatch, Transformers: The Last Knight, the Tom Cruise-starrer The Mummy and Fifty Shades Darker have been nominated as well. And actors namely Tom Cruise, Johnny Depp (Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead men tell no tales), Mark Wahlberg (Daddy's Home 2 and Transformers: The Last Knight) and Jennifer Lawrence (mother!) are also part of the nominations this year.

The 38th Annual Golden Raspberry Awards will be held on March 3, 2018.

I love Priyanka Chopra, says Dwayne Johnson!

Hollywood actor Dwayne Johnson tells he fell in love with Indian actress Priyanka Chopra after the first meeting.

The actor found an instantaneous connection with Priyanka.

"I love this woman, its funny when she came to America... She was over here, signed with our agency, with my agent, we immediately had that connection," Johnson told in an interview for "Now Showing".

Johnson told, "We got on the phone, we immediately vibed, we share the same DNA, the same ambition... Not only did I fall in love with her, we had this crazy idea that she would be an amazing villain on 'Baywatch'."

Priyanka has made her Hollywood debut with a negative role in "Baywatch", which has been adapted from the 1990s' popular TV series of the same name. 

Johnson considers she is a great villain. 

He told, "I think in order to play a villain, the greatest of villains have this great quality and capacity and depth, and that's exactly what Priyanka has. So it originally was written for a man... It is way cooler if we flip that over and made it a female." 

Johnson is also overwhelmed with Priyanka's technique of work. 

"With Priyanka, everything is considered, every little detail is considered," he added.

Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra had made her big and badass Hollywood debut in the film Baywatch. While the movie's act at the box-office in the US was underwhelming, Priyanka was loved for her take on the sexy baddie, Victoria Leeds.

So do Priyanka Chopra and Victoria Leeds have anything in common? Priyanka disclosed to a famous tabloid, "I am the opposite of Victoria. I'm genuine, and everything about her is put together. I am a track pants and t-shirt kinda girl and to be in these couture outfits and gorgeously done-up hair, it's so much fun to play as a character because it's so different from what I am doing in Quantico.I enjoy fight scenes and I always do my own stunts. But this was different because Victoria doesn't want to chip her nails. She doesn't want to do the dirty work."

Directed by Seth Gordon, Baywatch also stars Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson, Zac Efron, Alexandra Daddario, Kelly Rohrbach, Jon Bass, and Ilfenesh Hadera. The movie is slated to release on June 2, 2017, in India.

In the meantime, Priyanka is presently in Berlin where she is not only promoting Baywatch but is also spending some quality time with her brother Siddharth Chopra. They visited the Berlin Wall and the Holocaust Memorial. She also got the opportunity to interact with Prime Minister Narendra Modi who is also in Berlin.

Priyanka will soon be making her way back to India where she will be completing her brand commitments and then return to the US by mid-July to shoot for the third season of Quantico which will have 13 episodes as opposed to the 22 episodes in the first two seasons.

Dwayne Johnson calls Priyanka Chopra a Sizzler! Know why?

The much anticipated Holylwood debut film of Priyanka Chopra has been getting mixed reviews from international critics. While some of them complained that our PC was underused in the movie, as villain Victoria Leeds, others were all admirations for the global beauty's style and acting prowess in the movie.

When a specific daily stated that Priyanka was sizzling in the film, Priyanka's co-star Dwayne Johnson aka The Rock, was super excited. The magazine had cited, "#Baywatch villain @priyankachopra sizzles in every @baywatchmovie scene she’s in and goes toe-to-toe with @TheRock."

Dwayne responded to this telling, "Ironically, sizzler was one of my many nicknames for my co-star @priyankachopra what a bad ass. #Baywatch."

Dwayne had lately commented about his Baywatch team while showering admirations on them. "I truly love and appreciate every single one of these good humans. Priyanka Chopra, Jon Bass, Zac Efron, Ilfenesh Hadera, Alexandra Daddario and Kelly Rohrbach. They all bring their unique values and qualities to elevate the game," Johnson told.

So good looking they are from another planet. It's just stupid. Stupid," Johnson had further added. 

Priyanka Chopra shows her Victoria Leeds’ side at Baywatch's screening!

International diva Priyanka Chopra is busy roaming between New York and Los Angeles (LA) as she promotes her forthcoming Hollywood debut movie Baywatch. The actress was in New York a while back where she appeared on shows like Live with Kelly and Ryan as well as Watch What Happens Live!

Priyanka has now touched down in LA where she first attended The Late Late Show with James Corden. We can't wait to see Priyanka have a fun and lively talk with funnyman James. 

She then attended the LA screening of Baywatch and looked her fashionable best in a backless black dress with strappy heels and a crisp ponytail. 

Priyanka took to Instagram to share a video where she is seen making her entrance at the screening. The host told, "From Miss World and now one of the biggest stars in the world, ladies and gentlemen, Priyanka Chopra."

She unquestionably slayed the video and it looked as if she was walking the runway. 

Meanwhile, Baywatch is slated to release on May 25, 2017, in the US while in India, we'll have to wait for some time as the movie is scheduled to release on June 2, 2017.

Priyanka Chopra’s hot avatar at the world premiere of Baywatch!

International diva Priyanka Chopra is all geared up for her forthcoming Hollywood debut, Baywatch which stars Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson, Zac Efron, Alexandra Daddario, Kelly Rohrbach and Jon Bass and will see PeeCee play the sexy baddie, Victoria Leeds who gives the lifeguards a run for their money.

The world premiere of the movie took place today in Miami and Priyanka looked drop-dead stunning as she walked the red carpet. The actress who knows how to work it on any red carpet looked striking and sexy in a shimmery dark blue gown which had a plunging neckline and a thigh slit. It was cinched at the waist with a black belt while Priyanka wore her hair in a centre-parted ponytail which only accentuated her gorgeous dress and completed the look with strappy black heels.

Priyanka was seen hanging out and chatting it up with Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson and their camaraderie was too-cute-to-handle. The entire cast of Baywatch posed together for the snapping shutterbugs as well.

Directed by Seth Gordon, Baywatch is scheduled to release on May 26, 2017 in the US while in India, it is scheduled for a June 2, 2017 release.

Priyanka Chopra on Jimmy Kimmel's show for Baywatch!

International diva Priyanka Chopra is back in the US after a quick visit to South Africa. Chopra had gone to Sierra Leone for an event as the Global Ambassador for UNICEF.

Priyanka took off to the US two days back and now is gearing up for the promotions of her much awaited Hollywood movie Baywatch, which also marks her debut on the big screen in the west. Priyanka will be seen sharing screen space with Hollywood stars Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson, Zac Efron among others.

As a part of her promotions, Priyanka Chopra today along with her crew visited Jimmy Kimmel's show. She shared a cute selfie of hers before going on the show to promote her film and captioned it saying, "@baywatchmovie #BeBaywatch @jimmykimmellive." 

Jimmy Kemmel also shared about the same on his Instagram page. He wrote, "@PriyankaChopra TONIGHT on #Kimmel! #Quantico #Baywatch."

Fascinatingly, this is the third time that Priyanka would be appearing on Jimmy's show. While the first time she came to promote Quantico, the second time she graced the show after winning a People's Choice Award! And we are absolutely excited for the third time!

Priyanka Chopra is unsure about Baywatch gang’s presence in India!

Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra is in India for a week and she has been out and about. From partying with friends to celebrating the National Award wins for her debut Marathi production Ventilator, Priyanka is doing it all. Now, she is gearing up for her Hollywood debut movie Baywatch.

The film which stars Dwayne Johnson and Zac Efron in the lead is scheduled for a global release on May 25, 2017.

Given that Baywatch stars Priyanka in a key role, there were news that the actress will promote the film in India with the whole Baywatch gang. And since Deepika Padukone managed to bring Vin Diesel to India for her Hollywood movie xXx: The Return of Xander Cage's promotion, conjectures around Priyanka getting her Hollywood co-stars to India were widespread.

But, it seems, that isn't happening anytime soon. In a FB live chat lately, Priyanka explained on the same and told, "Baywatch gang, I don't think is coming to India."

When questioned about her experience of working with Dwayne in the film, Priyanka revealed, "Dwayne is more than a dear friend. He is a wonderful human being, super chivalrous and a great guy. And it is wonderful to have him. He has been very supportive to me and my career since the beginning of my stay in America. I am very excited about working with him in Baywatch."

In the meantime, in Bollywood, Priyanka Chopra is rumoured to have signed Kalpana Chawla's biopic. The director of the film confirmed the news to a daily. But, Priyanka hasn't pronounced it officially yet.

International diva Priyanka Chopra has been a busy actress juggling the NYC and LA life as she shoots for the second season of Quantico and also her big Hollywood debut Baywatch opposite Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson and Zac Efron.

But, Priyanka managed to find some time for herself and was seen enjoying the beach waves for a few days as evidenced by her amazing Instagram pictures.

During a latest interview, she confessed, "Yes, being objectified is part of my job. I don't get offended by being called a sex symbol, because I'm an actress and it's the nature of what I do.”

While the details of this film are hush hush at the moment, Priyanka is reading the script and is yet to make a final decision."
