People across the country celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi. However, Maharashtrians have a special place in their hearts for it. The atmosphere is upbeat, and the community's excitement and joy at welcoming Bappa home are extraordinary. In order to honor Lord Ganesha, several Bollywood superstars host gatherings at their residences. Actor Ayushmann Khurrana decided to pray to an idol of an elephant god in honor of the auspicious day. On Instagram, the actor posted a photo from his Ganpati celebrations.
In addition to being a gifted actor, Ayushmann Khurrana is a passionate environmentalist and humanitarian. Therefore, in order to avoid contaminating waterbodies by submerging non-biodegradable Ganesha idols, the actor and his wife Tahira Kashyap Khurrana decided to use an environmentally benign method. Tahira used natural resources to make the idol herself.
On Instagram, the couple posted a sneak peek of their Ganpati celebrations. The photo album's cover shot showed the carved figure sitting on a throne that was gorgeously decked with marigolds. The two also gave Bappa his favorite foods. The pair next took a sweet photo with Ayushmann's mother. In another photo, the pair was dressed traditionally and posed with their hands linked in front of their Bappa. The couple is fully visible in the last picture.
The Badhaai Ho actor wore a three-piece Indian ensemble
comprising of a kurta, pajama, and matching bandi for the event. Tahira looked
lovely in a blush pink saree and a sleeveless top.
