Priyanka Chopra’s warm thank you to Prime Minister for dignifying her wedding reception!

After wedding in Jodhpur, newly wedded Priyanka Chopra and Nick headed to the capital for their reception. At the Delhi reception, while Priyanka looked beautiful in a Falguni and Shane Peacock lehenga with beige and white threadwork, Nick looked dapper in a black tuxedo, but what caught our fancy was the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Recently, Narendra Modi took out time from his hectic schedule and graced the reception of Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas.

Today, the official Twitter account of the Prime Minister shared a photograph from the reception wherein we can see Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas all smiles while doing the customary Namaste to Mr. Modi. Narendra Modi’s caption read, “Congratulations @priyankachopra and @nickjonas. Wishing you a happy married life.” Soon after, Priyanka and now Mrs. Jonas, responded to Mr. Modi’s message as she posted, “A heartfelt thank you to our Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi ji for gracing us with your presence. Touched by your kind words and blessings. @nickjonas.”
