It’s been well over a year since Rama Raghav 2.0 released,
and Anurag Kashyap is ready to return to the director’s chair.
The man behind hits like Dev D and misses like Bombay Velvet
has announced a new project called Mukkabaaz, which will centre on a boxer from
Uttar Pradesh who falls for a Brahmin girl. Mukkabaaz is being coproduced by
Aanand L Rai, with Vineet Kumar Singh and Jimmy Shergill headlining its cast.
Here’s hoping the sporty film with a political twist see’s Anurag back in his
best form.
