The film We Are Family (2010) which starred Kajol,
Kareena Kapoor Khan and Arjun Rampal has inspired a new TV show on Zee
TV.
Produced by Siddharth Malhotra, the show had roped in Ssudeep Sahir,
Vindhya Tiwari and Disha Parmar as leads.
But, according to a top television portal, Vindhya is going
to be replaced by Ridhi Dogra Vashisth.
According to close sources, "Vindhya had prior
commitments of travelling outside India. Also, the channel seemingly did not
see her fitting well into the character."
Vindhya verified the news to the portal and told, "Yes,
I am not doing the show anymore. I always was in talks regarding my dates with
the production. I need to be travelling abroad in January. Having said this, I
have a good rapport with the channel and also the production. I hope to work
with them in the near future. I believe all that happens is for good."
The team had lately shot for more than one promo with the
cast which also included Vindhya. They will now be reshot by Ridhi.
