Now film Befikre has released and was opened to varied
reviews, Ranveer Singh is all about Padmavati and depicting the
character of Alauddin Khilji.
The first schedule of the film which also stars Deepika
Padukone and Shahid Kapoor is finished. The next schedule will commence from
mid-January.
In an interview with a famous daily, Ranveer stated how he
was missing Padmavati's director Sanjay Leela Bhansali. He told, "The
other day, I was missing Sanjay sir tremendously, so I went to meet him. He
told me what he had lined up the next schedule and I was blown. I can't wait to
get back."
On rumors of his evidently on-off relationship with co-star
Deepika, Singh disclosed that it bothers him to a "limited
degree".
He also admitted, "But, I have learnt to take
it in my stride. I prefer to focus on the personal aspects of the profession.
At the same time, this falls in the realm of personal space, so I don't like to
encourage too much scrutiny."
Padmavati is scheduled to release on November 17, 2017.
