Actress Emma Stone to play Cruella de Vil for Disney!

Disney’s obsession with the origin stories of characters from classic tales hasn’t gone anywhere.

In fact, the studio giant is now gearing up to show you where Cruella de Vil came from in a live-action spin-off of 101 Dalmatians! Emma Stone is already in early negations to play the title role in Cruella, and if she says yes then she’ll be the second actress to play the Dalmatian-stealing madwoman after Glenn Close in 1996. I won’t lie, I’m very excited about this project!
