Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput got wedded in a close wedding
ceremony in New Delhi on July 7 and the couple floored us with their sartorial
choices.
On the occasion of sangeet ceremony, Shahid slipped into a
red bandhgala by his designer friend Kunal Rawal and his bride wore a yellow
and pink Anita Dongre lehanga-choli.
At the haldi ceremony Rajput wore a yellow Anamika Khanna
suit and accessorized it with ornaments made of white flowers.
Shahid chose to wear a white sherwani by Kunal Rawal and his
wife wore a baby pink Anamika Khanna lehanga for their wedding ceremony. While
Shahid looked dapper in the traditional attire, his black shoes were an
eyesore, jootiya would have taken the look a notch higher. But, we are forced
to give him benefit of doubt as his saalis (sisters-in-law) may have stolen his
shoes (jootey lelo, paise dedo). Mira completed her look with a chunky gemstone
necklace, mangtika and a jhoomar.
At the reception in Delhi, the Haider star wore a black
bandhgala suit by Rawal, while Mira opted for an embellished outfit by Anamika.
