Diljit Dosanjh to share stage live with a Marwari fan at Jaipur concert!

Diljit Dosanjh's excitement has spread throughout India as he embarks on his Dil-Luminati Tour, visiting cities one after the other. Following two days of performances in Delhi, he recently mesmerized the audience in Jaipur. The singer's interaction with a Marwari fan during the performance has garnered a lot of love online. Diljit not only honored the fan's "pagdi," but also performed a bhangra with him.

Today, November 4, 2024, Diljit Dosanjh's team's official Instagram account shared a sweet video from yesterday night's Jaipur event. In the video, Diljit, dressed in a white suit, was seen standing next to the admirer, who was also wearing a white kurta. He requested that everyone applaud the man's "pagdi."

The singer then mentioned, “Yeh pagdi humari shaan hai; yeh humare desh ki yahi khoobsurti hai; har 2, 3, 4 ghante baad humari boli change ho jaati hai, humara khaana change ho jaata hai; yeh humare desh ki yeh beauty hai (This turban is our pride; this is the beauty of our country; every 2, 3, 4 hours our speech changes, our food changes; this is the beauty of our country).”

Diljit Dosanjh further told, “Aur hum jahan jahan se hai, koi Jaipur se hai, koi Gujarat se hai, koi Delhi se hai, Haryana se hai, Punjab se hai, hum sabko pyaar karte hai (And wherever we are from, someone is from Jaipur, someone from Gujarat, someone from Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, we love everyone).”

We were all passionate about this country, he said. When Diljit asked the fan if he was a Marwari, the fan replied in the positive. The Amar Singh Chamkila entertainer asked the crowd to applaud the Marwaris.

Diljit started singing Main Hoon Punjab, using his trademark lyric, "Mera bhai Marwari aa gaya oye." The two then performed a dance together on stage.

Acting-wise, Diljit Dosanjh has acted in two movies in 2024: Amar Singh Chamkila and Crew. It was recently revealed in an exclusive update that he co-stars in the comedic film No Entry 2 alongside Varun Dhawan and Arjun Kapoor.
