Amid the lockdown, Recently Shraddha Kapoor and her bother Siddhanth Kapoor went to their nearby supermarket store to buy some essentials. The siblings were all geared up in their safety gear of masks and gloves as they stepped out. Shraddha termed her shopping trip as quite an 'adventure'.

Posting a selfie from their successful grocery haul, Shraddha captioned it, "Groceries adventure with my bhaiya @siddhanthkapoor." An enthusiastic Siddhanth commented on his sister's photograph and told, "What fun yaaaaa . Should do this everyday (kidding)."

As we all know that Kareena Kapoor Khan has entertained us over the last 20 years. Recently, she talks about her future and discloses that she has one milestone that she wants to achieve in the next 20 years.

Talking about it to a media channel, she disclosed in 20 years, she sees herself living in London. The actress admitted she wants to move to the gorgeous British city. "London is my favourite city in the world," she told, reasoning her future plans.

Beside her 20-year plan, Kareena also talked about her life after marrying Saif Ali Khan. The actress, who tied the knot with Saif in 2012, explained the numerous things she learned from her husband.

"The best thing I’ve learned from Saif is being comfortable with myself and not always be running after money, success, fame. He’s taught me to love the greater things in life, that there’s something greater than money, fame and success, which I probably didn’t know like family, love, calmness, peace of mind, or reading a book, or sitting and having a conversation not about work and competition.

She knows her work and she is very particular. I kind of resonated with that. So when she was on set, I was telling my team that it's kind of like watching a mirror of yourself where you understand. You know when people say your particular but you understand why that person is like that. It was a magical day."

Amid lockdown, the TV mogul Ekta Kapoor has been in discussion with some of the prominent OTT platforms to release Dolly Kitty Aur Woh Chamakte Sitare. A media source reveals, "Negotiations are on at this point and they will settle for the best deal they get. Bhumi and Konkona's film will definitely be releasing online but the team is currently just figuring out which digital giant they will sell it to. It all depends on the money each has to offer. Netflix and Amazon Prime are both in contention."

Other media source adds, "The film is mounted on a very small budget, like Alankrita's last film Lipstick Under My Burkha. This is again a very socially relevant film, which caters to a particular target audience, which is also similar to what the OTT giants cater to. So it's a good move on the makers' part to sell it off. Theatres aren't showing any signs of reopening in the next two months at least and if all was well, Balaji had initially planned to release Bhumi and Konkona's movie around May itself."

In a latest media interaction, Janhvi was questioned if her upcoming films, Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl and Roohi Afzana will head out for an OTT release. But, in spite of the reports going around, Janhvi just went on to express her gratitude about the shooting of the movies being complete and added how she has no idea how things would have been if the shooting wasn't done. While the movies are shot, she did disclose how 30 days of VFX work for Gunjan Saxena biopic is still pending while Dostana is almost halfway through.

Amid lockdown and Coronavirus pandemic, Cine & TV Artistes’ Association (CINTAA)’s daily wage workers are suffering more due to no shooting for TV shows and Films. Amid this serious bread earning struggle, Akshay Kumar has come with a lump sum amount of Rs. 45 lakhs help to their association named CINTAA.

Recently, Akshay Kumar has donated an amount of Rs 45 lakh to Cine & TV Artistes’ Association (CINTAA) in order to help the distressed daily wage workers. Confirming the news, CINTAA’s Joint Secretary revealed to a media channel, “Akshay Kumar extended financial help of Rs 45 lakhs to CINTAA. We have deposited Rs 3000 each in the account of 1500 artists and workers associated with CINTAA yesterday. CINTAA had communicated about the financial crisis of the artist and workers amid the lockdown to Sajid Nadiadwala, who informed Akshay about the same.”

Thalapathy Vijay’s helping hand for rescuing 11 women stranded in Thoothukudi!

Due to lockdown, people are not allowed to travel across districts except for emergencies. Numerous have been stuck away from their homes. As per media reports, 11 Chennai women have been stranded in Thoothukudi. Seemingly, they have gone to the district to take part in a wedding ceremony. Since the lockdown was declared suddenly, they have been staying there for over a month with limited resources.

After they got in touch with south superstar Thalapathy Vijay’s fans club in Thoothukudi, the matter was taken to the attention of Vijay, and he urged the fans club members to do the needful to safely evacuate them. It is to be noted that only one of the 11 women is above 20 and the rest are below 20 years of age. Seemingly they have spent all the money that they have been struggling without food for some days. Now, this news has taken over Twitter with fans talking about this incident on the micro blogging website. 

On the film front, Thalapathy Vijay was last seen in Bigil, directed by Atlee Kumar. He will be next seen in Master, directed by Kaithi fame Lokesh Kanagaraj.

The source also revealed the daily that the new song that Salman may choose to work on post Tere Bina and Pyaar Karona may be about love in the lockdown. It may also speak of a need for harmony among the world. The source also stated that the megastar may be writing the song as of now and once done, a composer will be roped in.

While the song that came out yesterday featured Salman, Jacqueline Fernandez and Waluscha De Sousa’s daughter Sienna Robinson, the new song may feature Waluscha with Salman.

Shahid Kapoor reveals his feelings about Jersey with dad!

Bollywood star Shahid Kapoor will be seen in Jersey with father Pankaj Kapur. While the shooting of the movie is yet to be completed and has been delayed due to the Coronavirus lockdown, Shahid and Pankaj Kapur have shot for portions of the movie together. While Pankaj Kapur has been all admirations for his son’s last act in Kabir Singh.

In a latest Ask Me session, a fan questioned Shahid about his experience of working with dad Pankaj Kapur in Jersey. About this question, Shahid replied to the fan and wrote, “I still get nervous sharing the frame with him.”

The shoot of Jersey is still pending and as soon as the lockdown gets over, it will begin. The movie also stars Mrunal Thakur and is produced by Allu Aravind, Dil Raju and Aman Gill. It is scheduled to release on August 28, 2020.

'The New Mutants'’s release date has revealed?

Previously, the release date of this horror-thriller the X Men spin-off called The New Mutants had been postponed due to the COVID 19 crisis.

As per media buzz, Disney had pronounced the new release dates for movies like Mulan and Black Widow. But, regrettably at that time, Disney apparently had no release in mind for The New Mutants. Now, lastly, after a long wait the X-Men spin-off drama will be hitting the cinemas on August 28, 2020.

Also, I'm well equipped to handle failure now because of the failures I saw at the very beginning of my career. I have just been lucky to have a few great Fridays in the last two-three years."

Bollywood star Chitrangda Singh is hectic in writing a script for a short film amid the lockdown.

"I am currently writing a script for a short film, now that I have a lot of free time and will soon complete it. I am loving every bit of it," Chitrangda revealed.

On the film front, Chitrangda will next be seen sharing screen space with Abhishek Bachchan in "Bob Biswas". The movie tells the backstory of the assassin Bob Biswas, who was originally seen in Sujoy Ghosh's 2012 Vidya Balan-starrer, "Kahaani".

Ranbir Kapoor was clicked with Neetu Kapoor, beau Alia Bhatt, sister Riddhima Kapoor Sahni and friend Ayan Mukerji at Mumbai's Banganga Tank on Sunday evening.

Ranbir Kapoor was accompanied with family, close relatives and friends as they performed puja and immersed the ashes of late veteran actor Rishi Kapoor. Prior in the day, the Kapoor's had organised a prayer meet at their home. Photographs and videos of their visit at South Mumbai's Banganga Tank quickly went viral. In one snap, Alia Bhatt can be seen walking next to boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor with Ayan Mukerji just behind them.

Rishi Kapoor breathed his last on April 30 at Mumbai's Sir HN Reliance Hospital. While his funeral took place the same day. Rishi Kapoor passed away at 67 after battling leukemia for two years.
