Prabhas’s reason behind NO for film with Samantha Akkineni!

Recently, The Baahubali star Prabhas disclosed the reason for not doing a movie with Samantha Akkineni. He reveals that he and the Oh Baby actress Samantha have height issues.

According the newest media reports, Prabhas goes on to add that due to the difference in both their heights, he did not star in a movie along with Samantha. Prabhas is 1.83 m tall and Samantha is 1.58 m in height. Now, the fans and film viewers were taken by surprise when Prabhas specified that the height issue was the reason for not pairing up with the gorgeous Samantha Akkineni.

On the film front, Prabhas will feature along with Pooja Hegde in the forthcoming movie which is tentatively titled Prabhas 20. The movie is directed by ace south director Radha Krishna Kumar.

Malavika Mohanan’s bike riding passion!

Recently, Malavika posted a video of her riding with other racers at the Buddh International Circuit in Delhi NCR. Now, speaking to a daily, she opened up that her passion for bike riding began when she was as young as 15. However, her parents did not allow her to learn to ride bike until she was 18.

“I’ve always been fascinated with bikes, but it isn’t safe, and also not advisable to speed in the city. So, when I went to Delhi last June, I got an opportunity to ride a racing bike. I met some of my friends at the circuit, who were shooting for a movie there. So, as part of the shoot, they also had actual riders on location. Though I have had interest to ride bike since 15, my parents never let me and my brother learn until we turned 18. So, the same week that I celebrated my 18 th birthday, I enrolled myself in a driving school,” a daily quoted her as saying.

Malavika Mohanan was last seen in Rajinikanth starrer Darbar, helmed by critically acclaimed director Karthik Subbaraj.

Chiyaan Vikram to go Russia for Cobra?

Superstar Chiyaan Vikram will be seen in the forthcoming movie called, Cobra. The first look of the south drama Cobra, was penetrating and captivating. He will be seen essaying an interesting character.

As per latest reports, the makers of the movie will shoot the crucial climax scenes in Russia. The movie with Chiyaan Vikram in the lead is directed by director, Ajay Gnanamuthu. The director is known for movies like 'Demonte Colony' and 'Imaikka Nodigal.' The movie Cobra will reportedly release in multiple languages, like Tamil, Telugu and Hindi. 

The news reports also suggest that the director is very keen on shooting the south flcik Cobra in Russia, for the climax scenes. The Chiyaan Vikram starrer Cobra is an action thriller.

As per the latest news on the south megastar Chiyaan Vikram, the actor will wrap up the shoot of Cobra and head to shoot Mani Ratnam's 'Ponniyin Selvan’.

Bad behaviour's everywhere, says Nithya Menen!

Presently, the International Film Festival of India is underway in Goa and numerous actors and filmmakers from across the world have been attending the same. One of the speakers at the event was Nithya Menen. On the panel, she was along with Rashmika Mandanna and movie critic Baradwaj Rangan and they spoke about their journey.

Nithya disclosed that she got into movies by chance. "I wanted to be in the forest, around animals, make films on them. My personality was so not suited for the film industry, no diplomacy, no fondness for attention. But very recently I started to develop an incredible love for cinema. What a beautiful medium this is. I can make something that can change the emotional state of people."

She compared her newfound love for cinema with arrange marriage. She specified, "Maybe this is what arrange marriage feels like. After some time there is deep love."

When questioned if the film industry is safe for women, to which Nithya revealed, "You are safe as you allow yourself to be. No one will force you. Bad behaviour is everywhere not only in the film industry. You need to decide what you want to do how much you want or don’t want to compromise."
