Shome Makhija’s directorial debut is coming together nicely.
Sujoy Ghosh’s long-time associate is remaking the South
Korean thriller Blind, with Sonam Kapoor set to tackle the role of a visually
impaired former cadet cop. Now I can reveal that Vikrant Massey has also joined
the cast to play a motorcycle delivery boy who helps Sonam solve a hit and run
crime. While there was no romantic angle in the original film, I hear Shome
might write one into his adaptation to make it more appealing to the masses. Let’s
see if it does the trick!
