2002’s hit film Aankhen is all set to return with its sequel
titled Aankhen 2. The sequel was in talks for a long time, but due to some
legal difficulties, the making of the film kept getting postponed. But, things
seem to have fallen back in their proper places, and the casting for the movie
has already started.
Previous Aankhen starred Amitabh Bachchan, Akshay Kumar,
Arjun Rampal, Paresh Rawal and Sushmita Sen in the lead roles. News have it,
that Big B will be a part of the sequel too. But, the other actors are yet to
be finalised. A source revealed to a daily, "Talks with Sushant Singh
Rajput and Kartik Aaryan are in the final stages. The rest of the names will be
in place soon as well." He revealed that Bachchan's character drives the
sequel, so there's no way he won't be a part of it.
The movie will be produced by RajTaru Studios.
