Veteran actor Jackie Shroff is all set to be a part of
Salman Khan starrer Bharat. The actor will seemingly essay the role of Salman's
father in the movie, as per an entertainment portal.
Salman and Jackie were last seen in a film 8 years back.
Their characters were pitted against each other in Veer: An Epic Love Story of
a Warrior (2010). It will be interesting to see Jackie and Salman as a
father-son duo in Bharat, which is being directed by Sultan and Tiger Zinda Hai
director, Ali Abbas Zafar.
Recently, Salman began shooting for Bharat in Mumbai. Ali
tweeted, "So here we are together again.... @Bharat_TheFilm begins its
shoot today. May god bless us @BeingSalmanKhan @priyankachopra @DishPatani
@WhoSunilGrover @atulreellife @TSeries"
Film Bharat is scheduled for an Eid 2019 release and is
inspired by the Korean film, An Ode to My Father (2014).
