Bollywood diva Kareena Kapoor Khan’s comeback movie, Veere
Di Wedding after the birth of son Taimur Ali Khan released on June 1, 2018. The
movie has opened to positive reviews.
Kareena had told in a media chat to a daily that she now
plans to do one movie a year to maintain a balance in her personal and
professional life. She also told that she will start her next movie which will
be a Karan Johar production by the end of the year.
Now, according to a report in a daily, Kareena has signed
two movies after the success of Veere Di Wedding. She has given her nod to
Salute with Shah Rukh Khan, which is a biopic on Rakesh Sharma. Kareena was
approached for the movie previously too, but the actor was waiting till the
release of Veere Di Wedding. Now, as per the report, she has given a nod to
play the female lead in Salute.
She has also signed a Dharma Production film with Akshay
Kumar. The movie will be directed by Raj Mehta. “Akshay Kumar has been roped in
for the film opposite her and it is an entertainer. So Kareena has two films in
hand after the successful opening of Veere Di Wedding,” a source informed to a
daily.
