Vivacious actress Kangana Ranaut made her Bollywood debut
with the movie Gangster (2006) which was helmed by Anurag Basu. They later
worked together for Kites in 2010. Kangana will soon join hands with Anurag Basu
for a love story.
As per a daily, the movie is titled as Imali and the actor
will start shooting for it once she completes Ashwini Iyer Tiwari's next.
A source close to film unit revealed, "The prep for
Imali is expected to begin by August but the film should roll only towards the
year-end. The search for the male lead is on."
When Kangana was questioned about Imali, she revealed,
"It’s too early to talk about Imali as we are starting the film around the
end of the year. All I can say is that Anurag is my godfather and everything I
am today is because of him… I can’t wait to go back to the beginning."
Meanwhile, Kangana Ranaut is currently shooting in London
for Mental Hai Kya.
