Superstar Salman Khan will be working with Ali Abbas Zafar
for the third time for Bharat. It is an adaptation of the movie - An Ode To
Father (2014). The movie also stars Priyanka Chopra in the lead role.
The megastar was supposed to start shooting for the movie in
London by July-end. But, as per report in a daily, the director has to drop the
idea of shooting in European countries. He is now looking for other foreign
locales to shoot the movie.
The changes are being made after Salman Khan's got convicted
in April 2018 for the Blackbuck poaching case of 1998. Salman is presently out
on bail now.
A source revealed, "There is a fair chance that Salman
will not be allowed to enter the UK given his conviction in the case. He is
currently out on bail and has been permitted to perform in the US because the
concerts had been announced beforehand. Bharat was to kick off in London,
followed by stints in Spain, Poland and Portugal. But, it will be difficult for
Salman to procure permission to shoot in any of the European countries for
extended period of time. As a result, Zafar as only briefed the team about the
first schedule that will be held in Punjab."
The team is considering Abu Dhabi to shoot for some
sequences of Bharat. A production member revealed to a media source,
"Canada is another option. However, with the current terms of his
conviction, Salman can't shoot a straight 45-day schedule outside India. Even
if the courts allow it, it may draw unnecessary attention from people. The team
has decided it's best to avoid shooting overseas."
Now, Salman Khan will take the final call after he returns
from his Da-Bangg tour.
