Actress Katrina Kaif has three projects in her hand - Jagga
Jasoos, Tiger Zinda Hai and Thugs of Hindostan. The flick Tiger Zinda Hai is
being directed by Ali Abbas Zafar and she is paired opposite Salman Khan after
five years.
Fascinatingly, Katrina was also a part of Ali's directorial
debut Mere Brother Ki Dulhan and she is working with him after six years. Speaking
about Ali to a famous tabloid, the striking actor specified, "Ali’s first
film was with me, so I can see his growth now. Sultan (2016) is a wonderful
film. I could see [his evolution in] that because I know him on a personal
level, and I felt good seeing that there was a big change in him as a
director."
Her forthcoming movie is Jagga Jasoos which is finally
hitting the screens after three years. Speaking about the delay, she specified,
"I don’t want to say, ‘it’s this [reason] or that [reason]’ or ‘whatever
[else] it is’. That’s for the audience to judge but all I can say is that the
uniqueness of this film required [it to go through] this process. That’s the
best way to put it."
She further added, "You know, instead of thinking, ‘oh,
how long is the film taking’ or ‘what’s going to happen to it’, I only focus on
the ‘now’ part. I am always like, ‘today, I am on the set – whether it’s the third
year or the second month of the film – and there is a camera in front of me, so
I better be 1000% focused and inspired."
