Deepika unpacks her parents’ prized possessions in their new Bengaluru house!

Deepika Padukone manages to balance her private and professional life. She makes sure to complete the work commitments as scheduled and also spend a quality time with her family.

Lately, she was in her hometown as her parents Prakash Padukone and Ujjwala shifted their residence in Bengaluru. As per a famous daily, she made sure to help her parents pack and unpack their stuff.

Furthermore, she ringed in her dad's 62nd birthday and took him out for a dinner. Speaking about it, a source close to the actress specified to the daily, "She waited one more day to settle them in their new house and ensure that their prized possessions were unpacked, before flying back to Mumbai."

The source further added, "She returned on June 12 and drove straight to the sets of Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Padmavati, where from girl-next-door she slipped into the role of the queen with effortless ease."

Yes, Deepika is back on the sets of Padmavati and is devotedly shooting for the same. The shoot of the movie is happening in full swing in the city. Besides Deepika, who plays the titular role, the movie also stars Shahid Kapoor as Raja Rawal Ratan Singh and Ranveer Singh as the main antagonist Allaudin Khilji.

The film is scheduled to release on November 17, 2017.

Deepika was also in the news when her forthcoming movie Padmavati was refused by numerous lead male actors as the film had a female lead character. According to a report in a leading daily, a film critic told, "Bhansali stuck with his leading lady even after top male stars offered to star in it if the director was willing to change the title to sound less like it revolved around the heroine. Deepika is returning the favour by standing firmly by Bhansali’s side, focusing solely on Padmavati, even as her co-actors Ranveer Singh and Shahid Kapoor are dividing their time between Bhansali’s set and ad-films, appearances, and the like."
