Deepika Padukone who is slaying on social media looks
oh-so-hot in her recent photo-shoot photos for a magazine. Deepika who posted a
picture of herself on her Instagram page became the latest victim of
slut-shaming for posting a photo where she is seen flaunting her sexy legs.
Deepika shared a bold picture of herself wearing a two piece
bikini. But, what followed was something she did not foresee.
Numerous people started criticizing the sultry actress for
her bold avatar, calling her names. But, along with the haters roaring their
opinions, Deepika also found some supporters who argued on her behalf.
This is not the first time, an actor has been criticized for
their choice of clothes. It was only yesterday that Dangal girl Fatima Sana
Shaikh was shamed for posing in a bikini during the holy month of Ramadan.
Deepika is presently shooting for Sanjay Leela Bhansali's
Padmavati. The movie also stars Shahid Kapoor and boyfriend Ranveer Singh in
the lead role.
Ahead of the scheduled wrap which happened last week,
Deepika Padukone shot for her climax scene at the Mumbai studio along with
almost 300 junior artistes. In the climax, Deepika, who plays the role of Rani
Padmavati, performed the 'Jauhar' (self-immolation) scene, leaving the director
impressed with the entire sequence.
A source present on the set informed us, "Deepika
Padukone was exceptional in the scene. It was an emotional sequence and took
some time to be shot. As good as 300 junior artistes were present on the set. A
lot of gunny bags were kept on the set, just as a precaution to avoid any sort
of tragedy. The security on the set was also beefed up so that no details or
looks from the shoot get leaked."
Padmavati is scheduled to release on November 17, 2017.
