I didn't wish to eat into my parents’ space, says Alia Bhatt on moved out of her parent’s house!

Bubbly actress Alia Bhatt is presently in the gladdest phase of her life both professionally and personally. Films wise the actress is on a roll and has given a third consecutive hit with Dear Zindagi. In her off-screen life, the 23-year-old has lately moved to a new house in Juhu along with sister Shaheen.  

Speaking about her decision to move out of parents Mahesh Bhatt and Soni Razdan’s house, Alia explained, “I never intended to stay alone. Why would I, when I have my family? But, often, I host acting workshops at my place or am busy with narration and I didn't wish to eat into my parents’ space.”

Alia also disclosed how father Mahesh was a bit concerned previously and persuaded her to stay back. She told, “A father will always be concerned. He argued, saying that I could have my own space in our old home, but I somehow convinced him.”

The young actress also cleared that missing her family is out of the question for her “old home is only 10 steps away” from where she lives now.

On the film front, she will be next seen in Badrinath Ki Dulhania opposite Varun Dhawan. Directed by Shashank Khaitan, the film will hit the cinemas on March 10.
