Manav Kaul’s nervousness for working with Madhuri Dixit!

Bollywood actor Manav Kaul opens up about his experience of working with veteran Bollywood star Madhuri Dixit in 'The Fame Game'. He also opens up about the different shades that his character Manish Khanna imbibes.

'Tumhari Sulu' actor reveals, "Working with Madhuri Dixit was definitely a dream come true because we all are such big fans of hers. Initially I was a bit nervous but when we started shooting I just felt like I was working with an actor who was equally invested in the project. That was really great and I've learnt so much."

He further reveals, "The character that I'm playing, his name is Manish Khanna and it's such an interesting character. I think people rarely talk or think about the personal lives of actors. Manish in the show is a star but the struggle for him is to live a normal happy life.

Karan Johar to make The Other!

Filmmaker Karan Johar has directed segments of anthology movies, and now he’s producing one too!

The A-lister has collaborated with a streaming giant for a collection of four shorts that’s been titled The Other, in which each film will try to shed the light on the complexities of relationships. KJo hasn’t said which directors he’s hiring for The Other, but I can reveal he’s already cast Fatima Sana Shaikh, Nushrat Bharucha, Shefali Shah, Manav Kaul and Jaideep Ahlawat to act in it. Vidya Balan's husband in Tumhari Sulu has revealed!

Actress Vidya Balan, who is known for her powerful and dramatic roles, will be seen playing a happy-go-lucky character in Tumhari Sulu and we have some news about her love life in the movie.

It has been learned that the makers have signed up actor Manav Kaul to essay Vidya’s husband in the movie. Manav will seemingly essay the role of a senior manager at a factory, who is happily wedded to Sulu, a simple housewife-turned-radio jockey. Renowned ad filmmaker Suresh Triveni, who is directing the movie, told, “Middle-class housewives have been portrayed as hassled and troubled in Hindi films, but I’m a huge Hrishikesh Mukherjee fan and he showed that even middle-class families can be happy, is directing the film. I want the audience to walk out with a big smile on their face.”

Produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Tanuj Garg, Atul Kasbekar and Shanti Sivaram Maini, Tumhari Sulu is slated to release on December 1.

Prakash Jha spoilt me on the sets of Jai Gangaajal, reveals Manav Kaul!

Manav Kaul, who has proved his acting ability with his power-packed performances in movies like Kai Po Che, Citylights and Wazir, will be next seen playing the antagonist - Bablu Pandey in Prakash Jha's forthcoming movie Jai Gangaajal and the actor tells that he thoroughly enjoyed himself while working on the cop-drama.

  

Talking about his experience of working with Jha on the movie, the actor told, ''It's an honour for me to have got an opportunity to work with Prakash sir and to be a part of this film. I always say that sir has spoilt me because he made me feel so comfortable that I didn't even realize when the film got over.''

  

''He has written Bablu Pandey's character so beautifully that after finishing my scenes, each day, I would go back to my room and think waah kya scene hua hai,'' he told.

  

Starring Priyanka Chopra, the movie is all set to release on 4th March, 2016. 

Embarrassed Priyanka weeps on the sets on sets of ‘Jai Gangaajal’!

Actress Priyanka Chopra, who will be seen playing a straightforward cop in Prakash Jha's forthcoming movie Jai Gangaajal, is quite a tough girl but her co-star Manav Kaul made her break down and weep brokenheartedly on the sets of the movie!

It seems that while filming a fight scene wherein Priyanka was supposed to kick Manav, she accidently kicked Kaul in his throat. An embarrassed Priyanka instantly apologized but even though Manav assured her that he was not hurt bad, the actress was stunned by guilt and ended up weeping on the sets, compelling everyone to halt the shooting for some time.
