Directed by Tarun Dudeja, the adventure film is based on a female road trip and will see Fatima Sana Shaikh, Ratna Pathak Shah, Dia Mirza, and Sanjana Sanghi as protagonists, gearing up for the ride of their lifetime.

Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani’s romantic Jodi again in another film after Shershaah!

As per media updates, Bollywood stars Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani are seemingly going to feature together in a romantic movie. Sidharth and Kiara are alleged to be dating each other for quite some time now. Furthermore, their loveable pics together from events leave their followers gushing over them too. Well, looks like it’s time for them to celebrate, as the alleged pair will reportedly be sharing screen space for the second time.

As per media updates, Sidharth and Kiara will be romancing each other in a forthcoming movie. A source close to the entertainment portal reportedly disclosed, “Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani are in talks for a romantic film where they will be paired together. While both Sidharth and Kiara loved the script, they are yet to sign it on the dotted lines.”

For the information, they shared screen space for the first time in the 2021 movie Shershaah, where Sidharth was seen playing the role of Param Vir Chakra Captain Vikram Batra who laid down his life for the country in the Kargil War of 1999.  Kiara essayed the role of his ladylove Dimple Cheema.

 

Tara Sutaria’s view on nepotism debate!

Tara Sutaria is one of the most successful actresses among the newcomers in Bollywood. She made her Bollywood debut in 2019, with the film Student of The Year 2 along with Ananya Panday and Tiger Shroff. She has featured in movies like Marjaawan along with Sidharth Malhotra, Heropanti 2 with Tiger Shroff, and in Tadap, with debutant Ahan Shetty. Now, she will soon be seen in Ek Villain Returns with Arjun Kapoor, Disha Patani, and John Abraham. Now, Tara opened up on the nepotism debate with a leading tabloid, and also talked about how it feels to have parents who are from a non-film background.

Speaking to a tabloid, Tara expressed that although the debate has been going on for a while now, she is fortunate to have worked with people who, she said, are hardworking, grounded, and are not bothered by either their status or family name. She further spoke of her parents who come from a non-film background. “It’s nice to come back home and talk to my mum and dad as they are not from a film background. They present a semblance of normalcy in my life that keeps me sane and happy,” she told.

Tara is presently gearing up for the release of her forthcoming film Ek Villain Returns. The movie is all set to hit the theatres on the 29th of July, 2022.

Nushrratt Bharuccha starrer Janhit Mein Jaari’s sequel is on card!

As per media updates, Nushrratt Bharuccha-starrer 'Janhit Mein Jaari', which is a tale of a young girl selling condoms, is going to have a sequel with another exciting subject issued in public interest as planned by the makers of the movie, disclose media sources.

Unlike other socially relevant movies, this one was headlined by a female star, Nushrratt Bharuccha. The sequel is on the cards headlined by a female star only.

The movie was made on a budget of Rs 20 crore including the cost for prints and advertising worldwide, it has already recovered Rs 23 crore in its satellite, digital and music rights. Additionally it received a Rs 2 crore subsidy from the Madhya Pradesh government and close to Rs 4 crore at the box office.

As per sources a south production house has approached Bhanushali Studio Limited for the Tamil, Telugu and Punjabi remake rights of 'Janhit Mein Jaari' with an A-list female star in each language.

The movie sparked much-needed discussion around the taboo subject and it would be thought-provoking to see how it's adapted for different regional audiences!

Vinod Bhanushali and Sandeep Singh team up for a biopic on late PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee!

Filmmakers Vinod Bhanushali and Sandeep Singh have come together to bring on-screen the life of late Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee. The biopic is titled 'Main Rahoon Ya Na Rahoon, Yeh Desh Rehna Chahiye - ATAL'. The movie is an adaptation of the book 'The Untold Vajpayee: Politician and Paradox' by renowned author Ullekh N.P.

Speaking about the movie, Vinod revealed, "I have been a great fan of Atalji all my life. A born leader, a statesman par excellence, a visionary. Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee ji was all the above. His contribution to our nation-building is unparalleled, and it is our great honour that Bhanushali Studios Ltd is bringing his legacy to the silver screen."

Furthermore, Sandeep Singh revealed, "Being a filmmaker, I feel that cinema is the best medium to communicate such untold stories, that will unveil not only his political ideologies, but his humane and poetic aspects, that made him the most loved leader of the opposition as well as India's most progressive Prime Minister."

 

The makers, who are searching for the actor to depict the role of Atalji, will soon announce the actor and director of the movie. Scheduled to go on floors in early 2023, the movie will be released on Christmas 2023, which marks the 99th birth anniversary of Bharat Ratna Atal Bihari Vajpayee.

Christian Bale’s revelation on returning to his Batman franchise!

Christian Bale reveals about working on another Batman sequel. In a latest media chat, Bale shared his thoughts about reprising his role in the Batman franchise now that the actor is going to be part of the forthcoming Marvel movie Thor: Love and Thunder. The 48-year-old actor has earlier been part of three Batman superhits.

Bale starred in the Dark Knight trilogy with the well-known director Christopher Nolan helming the projects. During his chat, the actor disclosed that he was not against taking on the role of Bruce Wayne once again though he did have one condition. As per Bale, in order for him to return to the franchise, Christopher Nolan also has to return to the director's chair. Bale mentioned in the sit-down, "No one's ever mentioned it to me." He went on to add, "No one's brought it up. Occasionally people say to me, 'Oh, I hear you were approached and offered all this.' And I'm like, 'That's news to me. No one's ever said that.'"

Suriya’s scientist avatar for R. Ravikumar’s futuristic drama!

South superstar Suriya is one of the most talented actors, and his association with Indru Netru Naalai and Ayalaan director R. Ravikumar is an anticipated project. As per latest updates, the movie is anticipated to roll in January 2023, and the director has already started to bring his team together for this Suriya starrer, which will be mounted on a large scale.

“This untitled project is a futuristic-drama and will see Suriya play a scientist. A major portion of the film will be shot in Chennai, where a large set will be built closer to the shooting date. It’s a futuristic drama, and Ravikumar is leaving no stone unturned to bring the best team onboard. The scripting at the moment is also in the final stage. Meanwhile, casting for the leading lady will begin soon,” reveals a source.

He will also be making a cameo in R. Madhavan’s Rocketry: The Nambi Effect, which is scheduled to release on July 1.

The lovely pair Alia and Ranbir tied the knot in 14 April this year. The couple had an intimate wedding celebration at home in the presence of family and close friends. Unnecessary to say, the news has probably left Alia and Ranbir's family, friends and fans over the moon.

Vikram Vedha makers opens up on Hindi remake with Hrithik and Saif!

As per media updates, Hrithik Roshan and Saif Ali Khan are uniting for their next Vikram Vedha. The movie is the official Hindi remake of the 2017 thriller of the same name which starred R Madhavan and Vijay Sethupathi. While Hrithik and Saif's look have already made buzz and eagerness among their followers, there is a section that has its doubts about the Hindi remake. For the information, husband-wife filmmaker duo of Pushkar and Gayatri, who directed the original, are also directing the Hindi remake.

In a latest media chat, the director couple disclosed that there has been no pressure from anyone to make the Hindi version of Vikram Vedha in a certain manner. Explaining on the same, Pushkar revealed, "We know how to make films in a certain way, and we will stick to that only. I hope people don’t think of it as ‘Bollywoodised’ or anything. There has been no pressure from any quarters to do it in a certain way, let’s put it that way. There has been no pressure from the producers or distributors saying films here have to be made a certain way. Nobody has had that conversation with us."

In the meantime, Gayatri disclosed that they were brought on board to recreate the elements that made the original so successful. "They liked the film and they wanted us to make it the way we make it. We have not found any pressure from any side and we have done our best," she stated.

The Hrithik and Saif starrer thriller is set to release later this year.

The actor has united with an old friend actor-filmmaker Satish Kaushik, who has bought the rights to the Malayalam film Nirnnayakam (2015), which he will remake as the sequel to his last directorial venture Kaagaz (2021). The original movie was directed by VK Prakash. Replying to his post, Kaushik wrote: “Khersaab it is great to hv u in our passionate project Kaagaz 2 . Ur towering presence in this film will make it very strong & meaningful. Thx & Love from the unit of Kaagaz2.”

 

Vaani Kapoor to reveal about her role in Ranbir Kapoor starrer Shamshera!

Beautiful actress Vaani Kapoor is readying for the release of her forthcoming movie ‘Shamshera’ featuring Ranbir Kapoor and Sanjay Dutt in lead roles. The movie marks first union of Ranbir and Vaani for a film. The actress essays the love interest of Ranbir’s character Sona who is a dancer.

Explaining her character in the movie, Vaani told she essays the character of Sona, the most sought-after travelling performer of India in the 1800s. She further added, “I have always chosen roles where my character pivots the script in a certain direction and in Shamshera too, Sona plays an important role in building the narrative,” Vaani revealed to an online portal.

The actress also thanked director Karan Malhotra for seeing her in the role of Sona. She told Karan held her hand at every step of the way and guided her to bring Sona to life. The Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui actress further revealed, “Sona has a strong will power, she’s confident, a go getter yet has her own emotional vulnerabilities. She’s definitely one of the most refreshing characters I have played on screen.”

Ranbir Kapoor has been making news due to his forthcoming movies Shamshera and Brahmastra. Recently, Ranbir joined an entertainment portal for a rapid question and answer session. During this, he opened up on a lot of things, including his favorite co-actors, and Anushka Sharma is one of them.

In a media chat, Ranbir was questioned who is his favorite co-actor. SRK opens up on working with Atlee in Jawan!

Shah Rukh Khan is one of the most versatile actors in the Indian film industry. On the occasion of him completing 30 years in the film industry, the Baadshah actor engaged in an #AskSRK session on Instagram where he tried to response fan questions.

In the #AskSRK session, SRK was questioned about his experience of working in Jawan. Shah Rukh acknowledged the presence of Nayanthara in the movie and spoke highly of his director Atlee. He said that he always wanted to do a kind of commercial movie he had never done before and that a movie by Atlee simply fit the bill. He revealed that everyone was well aware of Atlee’s movies which were outstandingly mass-oriented. Shah Rukh told, “Atlee and I have a good chemistry. I bring in some, he brings in some. And hopefully, whatever we have done of Jawan is thrilling and exciting.”

In the session, he also disclosed that his movie Pathaan was fully complete and it was in the post production stage. His movies Jawan and Dunki were about 60 percent complete, on the other hand. Earlier, on the occasion of SRK completing 30 years in Bollywood, he shared the motion poster of his much-anticipated movie, Pathaan.

Director George R.R. Martin to reveal about The 'Game of Thrones' sequel!

The 'Game of Thrones' sequel featuring Kit Harington as Jon Snow will be named after the character, as per the the creator of the fantasy novels, George R.R. Martin.

"Yes, there is a Jon Snow show in development," Martin wrote in his personal blog on Thursday, reports a daily. "Our working title for the show is SNOW."

In the entry on his blog, the author on whose books the award-winning blockbuster was based, teased out a few more details of the potential series, which seems to be much further along than earlier presumed.
