Amar Kaushik’s Bala is in trouble.
A Bollywood assistant director has filed a criminal
complaint against its lead star Ayushmann Khurrana, accusing him of cheating
and breach of trust. Kamal Kant Chandra claims he’d sent a film script to
Ayushmann through a mobile chat application a few months ago, and that the
actor then stole the storyline to make Bala. The dramedy about premature
balding is due to release on the 22nd of November, and I’m sure the matter will
be sorted out well before then.
