Filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s masterwork Padmavati
continues to be stuck in controversies. Ever since the movie couldn’t release
on the slated date of Dec 1 this year, numerous actors and filmmakers have come
out in support of Bhansali and the cast of the movie.
Beautiful Priyanka Chopra is the latest actress to express
her views on all the trouble surrounding Padmavati and its release. During the
awards show, she told, ‘’I have an incredible relationship with Sanjay sir and
I admire him tremendously. I know that this will come out and I know people
will see the art behind it. They just have to make sure that everything is
sorted. I will always stand by not just Sanjay sir but also Deepika, Ranveer,
and Shahid for the film.’’
Priyanka has previously worked with Bhansali in ‘Bajirao
Mastani’. In the meantime, Priyanka is also in continuous talks with Sanjay
Leela Bhansali to star as poetess Amrita Pritam in poet Sahir Ludhianvi's
biopic Gusthakiyan. But, the confirmation for the same will only take place
after Priyanka wraps shooting for Season 3 of her American TV Show, Quantico.
Unlike the first two seasons which had 22 episodes each, Season 3 will have 13
episodes.
