Bollywood’s successful Jodi Salman
Khan and Katrina Kaif are busy
promoting their forthcoming movies Tubelight and Jagga Jasoos separately. But,
they are making sure to prep for their much-awaited film Tiger Zinda Hai.
Recently, the official Twitter page of Yash Raj Films posted
a couple of pictures of Katrina rehearsing the action sequences for the movie.
In the pictures, Kat is seen learning sword-fighting and shooting a gun.
YRF captioned the pictures, "Tigress Katrina ready to
roar! @TigerZindaHai | #KatrinaKaif" and "Expect nothing less from
Tigress #KatrinaKaif | @TigerZindaHai"
Speaking about the action sequences, a source spoke to a famous
tabloid, "Director Ali Abbas Zafar has committed to deliver action, stunts
and fight sequences that will compete with global standards with Tiger Zinda
Hai. To shoot for Katrina’s action scenes, Tom Struthers, the action and stunts
director of the film worked with her. Buster Reeves, the fight coordinator of
many Hollywood films, also worked with Katrina on this portion. Given Struthers
shot for certain action sequences for Christopher Nolan’s Batman films
including the Dark Knight Rises, expect the absolute best from these scenes.
There are also stuntmen from France, UK and Spain involved in this portion,
which is quite elaborate."
Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, Tiger Zinda Hai is scheduled to
release on December 22, 2017. The movie is a sequel to the 2012
blockbuster Ek Tha Tiger which was directed by Kabir Khan. Tiger Zinda Hai will
mark the reunion of Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif after five years.
