Bollywood star Sanjay Dutt is all set to mark his comeback
with Omung Kumar's Bhoomi, which is an emotional revenge drama that explores
the relationship between a father and his daughter, and the makers have roped
in Aditi Rao Hydari to essay Sanjay's daughter in the movie.
Aditi will be playing the titular role and is currently
preparing for it. The movie will go on floors on January 29 and Hydari will
start shooting for it early next month. ''Aditi fits the role like a glove. She
is what I want to see in my Bhoomi,'' says director Omung Kumar.
Producer Bhushan Kumar adds, ''We're extremely delighted to
have Aditi on board. She is a multi-faceted actor who will bring Bhoomi
alive.''
Producer Sandeep Singh tells, ''As a producer, I am really
looking forward to Sanjay Dutt playing a father's role. Aditi befits the role
completely. I am really keen on seeing the brilliance of two talented actors in
a never-seen-before pairing come alive on screen.''
The movie is scheduled to release on August 4.
