Recently, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt had tied the knot. Now the Bhatts and Kapoors families have been in celebratory mode ever since and rightfully so. Todays, it's Mahesh Bhatt and Soni Razdan’s 36th wedding anniversary. On this occasion, Soni Razdan posted a throwback photo of herself with Mahesh Bhatt as she penned a sweet note for her hubby.

She also posted a recent pic of herself with Mahesh Bhatt wherein she was seen holding on to her main man. In the caption Soni wrote, “‘Age cannot wither her nor custom stale her infinite variety’. This quote about Cleopatra could well apply to our marriage as well. Happy Anniversary old chap. Cheers to many more fun times ahead”. On this post, Neetu Kapoor shared Soni and Mahesh’s pic on her Instagram story and wished them on their big day. She wrote, “Happy anniversary samdhan and samdhiji. Love and hugs” along with a heart emoticon.

Recently, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt tied the knot in a close ceremony in Mumbai. It was a traditional ceremony which was attended by their respective families and close friends and the social media is abuzz with photos from their dreamy wedding. Actually, Alia had also treated fans with striking photos from her D-Day and mehendi ceremony. Now, another unseen photo from Ranbir and Alia’s wedding has surfaced which is creating buzz.

On her Instagram handle, Soni Razdan posted a photo in which bride Alia looked overwhelmed and the senior actress, being the affectionate mother that she is, couldn’t take her eyes off her daughter. On the other side, Ranbir was seen having his ladylove’s back. One could also see Shaheen Bhatt in the background. Soni had captioned the image as, “My heartbeats” along with heart emoticons.

Now, Bollywood vivacious actress Alia Bhatt has turned a year wiser on March 15. The Sadak 2 actress has proved her acting prowess in films such as Raazi, Udta Punjab, Highway, Gangubai Kathiawadi, and others. She enjoys a huge admirer following too. As wishes continued to shower on her birthday, Alia’s mother Soni Razdan wrote a sweet poem. She also posted Alia’s throwback pic along with the poem.

The poem read, “To my dearest Alia on her birthday. Alia means ‘exalted’ and that you most certainly are. Apart from the fact that today you’re a bright star. When we named you we didn’t have a clue. That this is what your name meant, and that it might come true. All we knew about you was that you were so sweet. So cute and so cuddly and adorable and neat.” It further added, “You’re special, you’re fabulous. You’re super and fantabulous. You’re super-cali- fragilous. And expi-Alia-docillous. Happy Birthday dearest one, Your loving Mama.”

On the film front, Alia Bhatt will be next seen in Ayan Mukerji’s directorial Brahmastra.

Alia Bhatt to praise mother for ‘When The Crows Visit’!

As we all know that Alia Bhatt is extremely attached to her mother and actress Soni Razdan, and often, Alia Bhatt takes to social media to post photos with Soni. Recently, Alia had jetted off to London to spend time with sister Shaheen Bhatt and beau Ranbir Kapoor, and besides chilling with them, Alia proved that she is a devoted daughter as she attended mommy Soni’s play - When The Crows Visit.

Alia Bhatt took to Twitter to pen a cute note for her mother and congratulate her for the astonishing performance in the show. Alia Bhatt posted, “Such a lovely play! Hilarious and impactful. A rare combination! So so glad I made the effort to come out there and see it! All performances were top notch and special mention for my beautiful mother who was just too good!”

Later, Alia also took to Instagram to request her fans and followers to watch the play if they happen to be in London. While sharing a poster of the play, she posted, “All those in London, please go watch this play! Apart from the fact that it's brilliant and has the most amzing performances. It's a play that is so relevant and poignant in today's times,” she further adding, “Special mention to my beautiful mother mom who was too good.”

Alia’s mom Soni Razdan calls Ranbir is a lovely boy!

Presently, Alia Bhatt shares a lot of photos on her Instagram account with ‘RK credits’. Now it seems that Alia’s mother Soni Razdan has given her nod to Alia-Ranbir relationship. After Rishi Kapoor and Mahesh Bhatt, Alia’s mother has spoken about her daughter’s relationship to RK. Speaking about Alia Bhatt, Soni Razdan revealed, “I have a very good relationship with my daughter. I don’t go by what rumours say; I talk to her directly. We have had discussions on what’s going on or not going on in her life.”

In a media chat, Soni further added, “I don’t discuss these things with anybody. (Laughs) Of course, we know Ranbir very well.” From Rishi Kapoor to Mahesh Bhatt, everyone has had their thing to say about Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s love affair, and mother Soni Razdan too is all admirations for Ranbir. “But Ranbir is a lovely, lovely boy.”

Alia’s real mom Soni Razdan to play a reel mother in Raazi!

Bollywood’s bubbly actress Alia Bhatt is extensively shooting for Meghna Gulzar's Raazi in the lovely milieus of Kashmir. She has been accompanied by her mother Soni Razdan to Kashmir for the shoot and the actor has been sharing photos of the picturesque places of the beautiful city too.

Now, according a report in a daily, Soni has not only accompanied Alia to Kashmir but is also a part of the movie Raazi. She will be essaying the role of Alia's mother in the movie. Speaking about it, a source from Kashmir disclosed to the daily that the mother-daughter duo shot at the oldest hospital that is, Pahalgam's Government Civil Hospital among tight security. Both donned a simple look wearing cotton salwar kurtas.

Furthermore, the team of Raazi will be heading back to the city on Wednesday after wrapping the shoot.

The tale of Raazi is based on the best-selling book by Harinder Sikka titled Calling Sehmat. Alia's character who is Kashmiri is an Indian spy while being married to a Pakistani Army official, which is played by Vicky Kaushal.

Alia doesn’t need my guidance regarding the kind of films she should do, says mom Soni Razdan!

Actress Alia Bhatt, within five years in Bollywood has reached great heights and is winning hearts with her every act of hers. Furthermore, her parents Mahesh Bhatt and Soni Razdan are very proud of their daughter and the choices she has made in her career.

Recently, during a communication with a famous tabloid Soni spoke at length about how Alia is on the right path and only needs to continue doing her hard work. She specified, "Alia doesn’t need my guidance regarding the kind of films she should do. Rather, she is quite a sorted individual who follows a strong instinct. And this seems to have worked in her favour. We [Soni, Alia’s father Mahesh Bhatt and her sister Shaheen Bhatt] are all proud of what she has done for herself at such a young age (Alia is 24 now). She should just stay dedicated to her craft and the rest will fall into place. As her mother, I am always there, but Alia knows what she wants both professionally and personally."

Speaking about her favourite Alia Bhatt movies, proud mother Soni told, "I enjoyed most of her films be it Highway (2014), 2 States (2014) or Udta Punjab (2016). But if you ask me to choose the ones I loved, I would say she impressed me with her performances in Udta Punjab, Highway and Dear Zindagi (2016). But as I always say an actor is never bigger than her role. So I feel she is lucky to have got such opportunities. Also, what I liked is that in each of these films, Alia was different. That is commendable."

Alia Bhatt’s happiness for her mother’s TV comeback!

Actress Alia Bhatt is happy that her mother Soni Razdan has returned to the small screen after a long time with new TV show "Love Ka Hai Intezaar".

Soni, best known for her roles in shows like "Buniyaad", "Saahil", "Junoon" and "Aur Phir Ek Din", was last seen on screen in "Aisa Des Hai Mera" in 2006.

"Wohoo finally! All the best team ‘Love Ka Hai Intezaar'. So glad to have my mommy back on TV," Alia wrote on Twitter on Monday.

Besides Soni, Star Plus' "Love Ka Hai Intezaar" also features Sanjeeda Sheikh and Keith Sequeira.

Soni is also waiting to begin her next directorial venture "Love Affair". She will star in director Danish Renzu's "Pashmina" alongside Suraj Sharma and Aditi Rao Hydari as well.
