'They know how to deal with the media', says Ananya Panday about her BFFs!

Ananya Panday is close with her childhood best friends, Shanaya Kapoor and Suhana Khan. The three are frequently seen together on their public trips, and they show each other affection on social media. The Kho Gaye Hum Kahan actress recently said that, in contrast to her peers who are just beginning their careers, she did not receive any training for her debut. The senior actor in her girl group, Ananya, claimed that her pals are already accustomed to handling the media.

The 25-year-old actress added that she is unsure of what her debut film would have been like and discussed how the pandemic's aftermath has affected the growth of OTT platforms.

In 2023, Suhana Khan made her Bollywood debut in The Archies, an adolescent musical comedy directed by Zoya Akhtar. She currently has King, which co-stars Shah Rukh Khan, the celebrity, her father.

Recently, in a media chat, Ananya revealed, "She is a very bad person but I still go to her. I don’t know why. The best love advice she gave me was to chill and stop acting crazy. But I need to still follow through with that."

Shanaya Kapoor’s debut with a love triangle in the rom com comedy!

Earlier, filmmaker Karan Johar introduced Sanjay Kapoor’s daughter, Shanaya to the world of showbiz as he got her on board his talent management agency. Now as per a media update,  Sanjay Kapoor’s daughter, Shanaya will enter the Hindi film industry with a romantic comedy, which will be produced by Karan with Shashank Khaitan.

“It’s a love triangle in the rom-com space and two other actors in the film will be Lakshya Lalwani and Gurfateh Pirzada. The trio has been attending several acting workshops over the last 6 months as the first idea was to take the film on floors by the month of July.  However, the second wave of pandemic has delayed all the plans and the makers are now awaiting restrictions to be lifted before chalking out a new schedule,” disclosed a media source.

When the lockdown is eased, a team from Dharma will go on a recce abroad and as things stand today, the idea is to start shooting in the last quarter of 2021.

We used to watch a lot of films whenever we got together. So, I’m really looking forward to their debut in Bollywood.”

Ananya further added, “People have been congratulating me personally - Shah Rukh sir called me, so did Zoya Akhtar and Siddharth Roy Kapur. These are people I have really looked up to and am dying to work with.”
