Radhika Madan’s wrap up time for Sudhanshu Saria's directorial ‘Sanaa’!

Well-known National Award-filmmaker Sudhanshu Saria's forthcoming movie 'Sanaa' has wrapped up its shoot. The production house has dropped pics announcing the wrap-up.

The story of the Saria directorial, which stars Radhika Madan, outlines a headstrong and determined girl in an internal battle that is rooted in unhealed trauma.

Radhika will be seen playing the titular role and she is joined by Pooja Bhatt, Sohum Shah, and Shikha Talsania.

The Pataakha actress revealed, "There are times when you inhabit the character and there are times when the character just inhabits you. 'Sanaa' did the latter. And now that we're done with the film I can't wait to share this experience with the world!"

Produced by Four Line Entertainment, directed and written by Sudhanshu Saria, 'Sanaa' stars Radhika Madan, Pooja Bhatt, Shikha Talsania and Sohum Shah. Saria was recently announced as the director of a high octane female-led espionage 'Ulajh', with Junglee Pictures.

Akshay Kumar and Radhika Madan team up first time for the Hindi adaptation of Soorarai Pottru?

As per media updates, Akshay Kumar will be seen essaying the lead in the Hindi adaptation of Suriya’s 2020 release Soorarai Pottru and it will be directed by Sudha Kongara who had directed Soorarai Pottru.

As fans are still waiting for an official pronouncement in this regard, as per a latest report, Radhika Madan has been roped in to essay the female lead of Soorarai Pottru remake. She will seemingly be stepping into Aparna Balamuralia’s shoes for the film. Speaking about it, a source revealed to a daily, “The film is in pre-production stage, with the director having reportedly set the adaptation in western India. In all likelihood, Radhika will play a woman from rural Maharashtra. She will have to learn a specific dialect before the film goes on floors”.

Also, it will mark Akshay and Radhika’s first association for a film.

Radhika Madan to meet with mother after 14 days ‘self-quarantine’!

As per reports, Radhika Madan had flown to Delhi to meet her mother soon after the flights began operating. But due to Coronavirus crisis in Delhi, Radhika Madan was in 14 days of quarantine before she went to meet her mother.

Recently, Radhika Madan shared the photographs of their happy reunion on social media, in which Radhika was showered with endless love by her mother. In fact, the first photo featured a loveable photo of Radhika’s mother hugging her and kissing the actress. Clad in a maroon shirt, Radhika was looked pretty and was beaming with happiness after she met her mother. She captioned the image as, “14 din ke vanvaas ke baad #selfquarantine ends. #maa,” followed by a heart emoticon.

Recently, Kareena Kapoor Khan wrapped up her forthcoming movie, Angrezi Medium with Irrfan and Radhika Madan. But, there is no single photograph of her with her co-stars.

But, lately, Radhika broke that streak and shared a lovely photo while posing along with her co-star, Kareena Kapoor. Both Radhika and Kareena can be seen striking a cool pose in a black gown. Radhika seemed really delighted to be posing with Kareena Kapoor Khan and took to social media to share the moment.

Radhika captioned the photograph with Bebo’s dialogue from Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham. She wrote, “How dare you? Tumhaara koi haq nahi banta ke tum itni khoobsurat lago . . Not fair #lakmefashionweek2019.”

Irrfan, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Radhika Madan starrer Angrezi Medium wraps up!

Irrfan, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Radhika Madan starrer Angrezi Medium is a sequel to the 2017 hit movie, Hindi Medium which starred Irrfan, Saba Qamar and Amrita Singh in key roles. Angrezi Medium had begun back in April post Irrfan’s return to India. The actor joined the shoot and later, it was learnt that Kareena Kapoor Khan will also be seen in a key role in the movie. 

Radhika Madan is essaying Irrfan’s daughter in the movie who wants to pursue her higher education abroad. The first look of Irrfan was shared when he joined the shoot back in April in which he was seen as Mr Champak of Ghasitaram Misthan Bhandar. Post the Rajasthan schedule, Kareena joined the cast and crew for the shoot in Lonon last. Kareena will be seen playing the role of a cop for the first time in the film. The director, Homi Adajania announced the wrap of the film today on Instagram.

Dinesh Vijan has announced a new project titled Shiddat starring Diana Penty, Sunny Kaushal, Radhika Madan and Mohit Raina.

The romantic drama that’ll be directed by Kunal Deshmukh of the Jannat films fame will follow the parallel journeys of two couples. Shiddat will be filmed in London, Paris and Punjab, and I’ve heard its plot will have long distance relationships at the heart of it all. Dinu has been on a winning run at the BO with hits like Stree and Luka Chuppi, so I expect big things from Shiddat too!

Irrfan Khan to jet off to London for Angrezi Medium’s shooting with Kareena!

After shooting in Udaipur, Irrfan and team will be heading to London for the next schedule of Angrezi Medium. And after shooting in Udaipur with his on-screen daughter aka Radhika Madan, the team is now headed to London, where a major portion of the movie will be shot.

As per a report in a daily, “While a considerable amount of the film has already been shot in India, many crucial scenes will be filmed in London with the three actors.”

In the movie, Irrfan will essay the role of Champakji, a shop owner and the makers had introduced Irrfan’s first look from the film on social media where the actor had donned a simple look and was seen standing in front of a sweet shop. What is exciting is that Kareena Kapoor Khan will be joining the cast of the film in London and for all those who don’t know, in the film, Kareena will be essaying the role of a cop.

Film Pataakha’s First Look with Sanya Malhotra and Radhika Madan's rugged avatars!

Bollywood actress Sanya Malhotra, who essayed Aamir Khan’s onscreen daughter Babita in the hit movie Dangal, is all set to entice her admirers with her next outing, Pataakha. Helmed by Vishal Bhardwaj, the movie also stars television actress Radhika Madan.

The first look poster of Pataakha has been uncovered and the actors sport a rugged and rustic avatar. In the poster, both the girls can be seen fighting it out with each other and it will remind of Dangal.

  

Hyped to be a comedy-drama, the movie will focus on the true nature of the sisters’ relationship after they get married and live their separate lives. The movie also features Sunil Grover in a pivotal role.

Vishal Bhardwaj to direct new Jodi of Sanya Malhotra and Radhika Madan in Chhuriyaan!

Filmmaker Vishal Bhardwaj's next movie Chhuriyaan will star Sanya Malhotra and Radhika Madan in lead roles. Sanya was previously seen in Dangal and this the fourth movie she has signed. The actor will also be seen in Snapshot along with Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Badhaai Ho opposite to Ayushmann Khurrana.

Radhika Madan, who worked in popular Television show Meri Aashiqui Tumse Hi will mark her debut in the film industry with Vishal Bhardwaj's Chhuriyaan.

While speaking to a daily about the movie, Vishal disclosed that he is looking forward to work with both the actors. The director reveals, "The film is divided into two parts — the girls before their marriage and how their lives change after they tie the knot. Usually, actors give directors a commitment, but when push comes to shove they get cold feet. But that doesn’t happen with newcomers who are ready for anything. I am looking forward to directing Sanya and Radhika because I can mould them according to my will, change their look and create something fresh."

Seemingly, both the girls will have to gain 1-12 kgs for the roles and have to learn milking buffalos, plaster their walls with dung and learn to hold matkas full of water and walk keeping them on their heads.

Radhika and Sanya have already started prepping for their roles.
