Rajkummar Rao becomes a 324-year-old man for Raabta!

The speaking point of the film Raabta when the trailer came out was Sushant Singh Rajput and Kriti Sanon's undisputable chemistry and Jim Sarbh's scary evil avatar. But what one may have missed is the blink and miss appearance of an old man at the end of the trailer. 

That man is none other than Rajkummar Rao who plays a 324-year-old man in the film as per to a famous daily. 

His character is there only for a brief period of time but his presence is crucial and effective in the storyline. The director Dinesh Vijan and producer Homi Adajania, as well as Rajkummar, sat down with the creative team for weeks to finalise the look. They seemingly went through 16 look tests before finalising on the last one. 

Talking about his character, Rajkummar told, "I did this friendly appearance for Dinoo (Vijan) and Homi. It was too much fun. Dinoo gave me a lot of freedom as an actor. The prosthetic make-up would take hours to put on and take off. I sweat profusely under a thick layer of make-up. It needed quite a bit of patience."

Dinesh further added, "The idea of prosthetics making him look totally unrecognisable excited him. He was kind enough me to do me a favour. Though tedious, he sat through it."

Rajkummar even posted a still of his character from the film and it will surely shock you. He looks absolutely unrecognisable. 

Raabta is scheduled to release on June 9, 2017.

True lovers Sushant and Kriti explains the meaning of Raabta!

Stars Sushant Singh Rajput and Kriti Sanon's have been spreading love and romance through the posters which are going viral. They are all set to entice their admirers in their forthcoming movie, Raabta. Going by the trailer of the movie, Raabta deals with the themes of reincarnation, death, and love. 

Lately, a new picture has been released by the filmmakers. In the photo, Sushant and Kriti are looking into each other's eyes. The picture speaks of love and trust. Tomorrow, the song Ik Vaari Aa from Raabta will be out and the theme is happy separation. 

The filmmakers also shared of Sushant and Kriti telling the viewers the meaning of the word Raabta. And they end up giving one sign for Raabta which is infinite. Using their fingers, Sushant and Kriti made the sign of infinity. 

At the trailer launch, Kriti spoke about Sushant's character Shiv and told "Shiv the character is cheesy, likes himself a lot. Sushant was behaving like that and when I asked about it, he said he was in his character. Probably this is one character that is like him as even after the film got over he was behaving like that. This character is like him."

Speaking about her own character, Kriti told, “My character believes in that (reincarnation). When we meet someone we either get a good or bad vibe and that is maybe because there is some connection and I do believe in this.”

Apart from Kriti Sanon and Sushant Singh Rajput, the movie also stars Jim Sarbh in the lead role.  Produced by Bhushan and directed by Dinesh Vijan, Raabta is all set to release on June 9, this year.

Sushant Singh Rajput and Kriti Sanon are the epitome of the hotness!

Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput and Kriti Sanon make for a sizzling onscreen pair at least that is what we gathered from the trailer of Raabta which was released yesterday. The pair has been in news for their off-screen friendship for a long time now, and well that is what translated on the celluloid as well.

Even before we could recover from the hangover, Sushant has shared an oh-so-romantic photo of the duo as he thanked his fans for the love they have sorrowed upon them since the trailer release. The trailer has crossed over 10 million hits in less than 24 hours. Taking to Instagram, Sushant posted, "10 million hits in less than 24hrs. I just want to thank you guys, it's this that lets someone like me to dare chase after his dreams. #Raabta." 

In the picture, Sushant and Kriti are seen outstanding a sexy pose wherein the duo seems to be lost in love oblivious of everything! The photo is sure to soar the temperatures on social media!

In however another video, Sushant and Kriti are seen engaging in a cute chat. Cheating on their diet, the duo are rejoicing their happiness by eating a chocolate. Taking to Instagram, Kriti posted, "Wooohhoo! Woke up to the 10Million love for #Raabta trailer!! Thankk you guys!! Chocolate toh banti hai!! @sushantsinghrajput" Of course, chocolate toh banti hai!

On being enquired about their envious chemistry, Sushant responded, "We both are engineers and from delhi, so we have lot of common things between us."

Shot in the exotic locations of Budhapest, Raabta is all set to release on June 9, 2017.

Fascinatingly, the movie deals with the concept of reincarnation. When Sushant was asked if he believes in it, the actor confessed, "I don't believe in reincarnation." Kriti, on the other hand, "Through the film I started believing in reincarnation."

Kriti Sanon’s super-hot comment for Deepika’s special number in her next Raabta!

International diva Deepika Padukone is all set to be seen in a special dance number in Sushant Singh Rajput and Kriti Sanon starrer Raabta. Deepika will be seen grooving to the title track of the movie. There were rumors that Kriti is disappointed about Deepika's song in the movie. But she repudiated all the rumours.

During a communication with a famous tabloid, Kriti specified, "It's a special dance number, which is the title track of our film. If I am offered a superb song like this in some movie, I will lap it up."

Rumour has it that Kriti wasn't aware of Deepika's special appearance in the movie. But, the actress denied it telling, "In fact, I was present on the set when it was being filmed and we had a gala time. It's not a random song, it's very much a part of the narrative. Deepika was looking super-hot and was the best choice for it."

So, are the pretty girls’ friends with each other? To which Kriti ended by telling, "I have bumped into her so many times at the gym and outside. We have a mutual admiration for each other. I don't know her too well personally, but she has had an amazing journey in the industry. She has grown so much and is an inspiration to all of us."

Beautiful actress Kriti Sanon has applauded her "Dilwale" co-star Shah Rukh Khan and tells the megastar is someone you would start loving after knowing him.

"Shah Rukh sir is someone you start loving after knowing. People usually say if you're a fan of someone you shouldn't meet them in real life but with Shah Rukh Sir that's not the case. The more you know him, the more you'll love him," Kriti told to a TV channel. 

Kriti said that the "Don" star is the most "chivalrous" man she has ever met. 

"He just really takes care of you and makes you feel comfortable. Makes you his friend and he's so intelligent that I can listen to him for hours," she further added. 

The 26-year-old actress also spoke about actor Varun Dhawan and told that his energy is very contagious. 

"Varun's energy is very infectious. He is always jumping on the sets and never calm, so sometimes like even when you're like sleeping on sets, you get irritated," she told.

Sushant Singh Rajput refuses for slapping by so-called girlfriend Kriti!

As per information that Sushant Singh Rajput and Kriti Sanon have teamed up for Homi Adajania's Raabta. With the stills released from the movie, it is obvious that Sushant Singh Rajput and Kriti's sizzling chemistry is to look out for. 

Lately, a close source revealed that, while filming an intense sequence Kriti was supposed to slap Sushant. But, Sushant put his foot down and refused to get slapped by his so-called girlfriend Kriti. Rumors have it, this was before the successful run of M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story.

A source revealed, "Sushant has started interfering in certain scenes and shoots. During the Raabta shoot, there was a scene where Kriti had to slap Sushant after an argument with him, but the actor didn’t want to get slapped by her onscreen, so he refused point-blank at first."

Sushant Singh Rajput tried to convince the makers to ignore the whole scene. The source further added, "They patiently heard him out, but felt that the slap was important to convey Kriti’s anger and they shot it accordingly. Of course, it upset Sushant, but he wasn’t the `100 crore star he is after MSD’s success, so he sulked in a corner. SSR and director Dinesh Vijan got the entire unit to shush up about the incident, but unit members have been talking among themselves and having a quiet laugh."

Director Dinesh Vijan repudiated the news by telling, "SSR is a director’s actor and knows the virtue of subscribing to the director’s vision. After having done several films, believe me, Sushant is one of the easiest actors I have worked with."

Deepika Padukone sweats it out for her 'Raabta'!

Deepika Padukone is one of the fittest Bollywood actresses presently and she seems to be working hard to retain that. Deepika Padukone, who is presently in Budapest to shoot a special song in Homi Adajania's next production, Raabta, was seen training hard to look fabulous in the song.

Celebrity fitness trainer, Yasmin Karachiwala, who is with Deepika in the Hungarian capital to help her achieve the desired look in the forthcoming song, posted a training video of the actress. In the video, the Bajirao Mastani actress looks extremely hot as she does a side-bend routine.

Deepika lately wrapped up her debut Hollywood film XXX: The Return of Xander Cage, which stars Vin Diesel, Samuel L Jackson, Jet Li, Tony Jaa and Nina Dobrev.

Deepika Padukone to do an item number in Raabta!

Deepika Padukone, who lately wrapped up shooting for her Hollywood debut XXX-The Return Of Xander Cage, will be next seen grooving to a special number in Dinesh Vijan's directorial debut Raabta, which stars Sushant Singh Rajput and Kriti Sanon.

Deepika Padukone and Dinesh Vijan had worked together in the past on movies like Finding Fanny, Cocktail and Love Aaj Kal and thanks to this, the actress agreed to feature in Dinesh's directorial debut, when he asked her to be a part of the movie. This won't be a first for Deepika as she has earlier done a special item song in Dum Maaro Dum in 2011.

As per recent development, Deepika might be next seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Padmavati opposite Ranveer Singh.
