John Abraham and Manoj Bajpayee come together for a thriller!

Bollywood star John Abraham is gearing up for the release of Parmanu which is set to hit the screens next year. But before that, John has signed his next movie which is produced by Nikkhil Advani and helmed by Milap Zaveri. He will be starring along with Manoj Bajpayee in the movie.

Speaking about it, Nikkhil specified to a famous daily, "It's a very tight script which revolves around a cop and a murderer. I can't reveal who between the two is playing what but they are both very powerful characters and a dark thriller is a genre I haven’t explored before. We are looking forward to the shoot."

He further added, "Milap was keen to reinvent his body of work. He has recently directed a short film titled Raakh and wanted to make another film in the same space of a dark thriller. So he met John who loved the script and wanted to know who the producer was. Milap told him that he is close to me and would speak to me about it. When I heard the script I was immediately drawn to it."

The film is set to go on floors in January in the city. 

Saif Ali Khan’s Bazaar with debutant Rohan Mehra!

Nikkhil Advani who is presently directing the TV show P.O.W. - Bandi Yuddh Ke on Star Plus, had pronounced in 2016 that he would be making a film with Saif Ali Khan as the lead. 

Saif has worked with Nikkhil in Kal Ho Naa Ho for which Khan received a lot of love and acclaim.

As per to a famous daily, the project will finally be underway. The film is titled Bazaar. The movie will also mark the debut of the late Vinod Mehra's son Rohan Mehra. 

In the meantime, Saif has been away from the limelight since he and wife Kareena Kapoor Khan welcomed a baby boy Taimur on December 20, 2016. He will next be seen in a suave avatar in Vishal Bhardwaj's Rangoon which is scheduled to release on February 24. 2017. The movie also stars Kangana Ranaut and Shahid Kapoor in the leads. 

He has two more film under his kitty as one being the Hindi adaptation of the 2014 hit Chef which starred Jon Favreau, Sofia Vergara, Scarlett Johansson and Robert Downey Jr. He will also be seen in a movie which is being produced by Anushka Sharma's production Clean Slate Films. 

Farhan Akhtar starrer Lucknow Central’s mahurat shot!

There have been a lot of conjectures about the casting of Lucknow Central. The male lead of the movie is finalised and it is none other than Farhan Akhtar.

But for the female lead, first, it was stated that Kriti Sanon will be paired opposite him and then she opted out and Saiyami Kher was roped in for the main role. Now, rumour has it, Diana Penty has been finalised for the role.

The movie has finally gone on floors today. The official Twitter page of Nikkhil Advani's Emmay Entertainment shared a picture from the mahurat shot. They captioned the picture saying, "Big day for us..Shooting for our next production @LucknowCentral directed by our very own @ranjit_tiwari commences! Cheers! #MahuratShot"

Lucknow Central also stars Gippy Grewal, Ronit Roy and Rajesh Sharma in key roles.

Arjun Kapoor seems to be work with Kareena's hubby in Bazaar!

After working with Kareena Kapoor Khan in Ki & Ka, actor Arjun Kapoor is seemingly all set to work with Kareena's hubby, Saif Ali Khan. There is a strong news that Arjun has been roped in for Nikkhil Advani's next, Bazaar.

The movie revolves around stock market and how its volatility affects the day-to-day life of a common man. Before taking up acting, Arjun worked as an assistant director to Nikkhil in Kal Ho Naa Ho and Salaam-E-Ishq.

Saif, who has worked with Nikkhil in Kal Ho Naa Ho, plays a stylish billionaire tycoon in the film, while Arjun works under him as his apprentice.
