With her eyes closed, Misha looked like an angel descended from above and Mira’s caption expressed nothing but love for their first born.

She disclosed in the interview things she feels that every mother should do post-delivery and revealed, “I have spoken about the importance of feeding the baby in the past too. I was extremely religious with Misha and I am going to do the same with my newborn. It is the greatest gift you can give your baby.” She also added that is extremely essential for new mothers to ‘be happy and eat well.

Mira further added, “Also important is to sleep whenever the kids allow you to because that will no more be in your own hand.”

Veteran actress Supriya Pathak Kapur will be reenacting her iconic character Hansa in Khichdi soon and is presently shooting for the same.

The actor who is married to Pankaj Kapur shares a good equation with Shahid Kapoor and his family.

In a media chat with a daily, Supriya revealed about her loving relationship with daughter-in-law Mira Rajput as well as granddaughter Misha Kapoor.

"My daughter-in-law is like my daughter. But I've promised myself that once Ruhaan brings a wife home, I'll try to be the typical monster-in-law (laughs). Mira and I have a great relationship. My Mishki [Misha] is the most beautiful thing to happen to me. Spending time with her is distressing. Being a grandmother is an out-of-the-world feeling," Surpiya says honestly.

In the meantime, conjectures are widespread that Mira Rajput is expecting her second child after Misha though no official pronouncement has been made as of yet.

Shahid Kapoor is a doting father of little munchkin Misha Kapoor. Shahid absolutely adores his daughter if his interviews about her are anything to go by.

In an interview with a tabloid, when Shahid was questioned about his bond with Misha, the actor disclosed, "It’s special; I don’t think anyone else can make you feel like a daughter can. I don’t know how long it lasts, how it changes and evolves. But I often catch the expression on other women’s faces when I’m with my daughter, and I can feel they’re seeing themselves with their fathers. That’s beautiful to me because it reassures me that when I’m old, Misha won’t forget these moments we’ve spent together. There are times when I think, I’m doing all this, but she won’t remember this. Later, she might wonder why I’m so involved in her life, without understanding that she’s so much a part of my reality I don’t know, in general, even as babies, I think girls are better than boys. They seem more sensible, more sorted. They’re not as cranky or dumb."

Shahid added further, "I worry about the future much more. Of course, this is because I know my daughter’s growing up in this atmosphere. I want to protect her. But I do think that the times to come are going to be more about women than men. Change is coming — and it’s already palpable."

On the film front, Shahid will next be seen in Shree Narayan Singh's Batti Gul Meter Chalu. The movie is slated to release on August 31, 2018.

Bollywood star Shahid Kapoor’s career is on high point with enjoyable personal life. The actor who got wedded two years ago is enjoying marital bliss.

Shahid spoke to a fashion tabloid about fatherhood, parenting and marriage. He revealed, “The way marriage and parenthood have changed me can fill a book. Today, the two most important and relevant people in my life are both female. I have gained a lot of respect for women, not that I didn’t have it earlier. I was raised largely by a single mother (Neelima Azeem). Marriage and parenthood are enriching. I remember chatting with Farhan (Akhtar) when Mira was pregnant. I asked him what it was like to have kids. He smiled and said, ‘You will only know when you get there.’ I can totally understand why he said that, it’s very difficult to explain the feeling. It’s a huge change, because you’re not your own priority anymore. You don’t think of yourself first. As an actor you are so self-absorbed, everything is ‘my’ this or ‘my’ that. Suddenly that feeling disappears, and it feels so liberating. I’m an extremely emotional dad. I can’t control my emotions when it comes to Misha, my daughter, and I know that’s going to be a problem in the coming years because I’m not going to be able to be very logical or practical about her.”

On the film front, Shahid has lately wrapped Padmavati and will soon begin work on his next, Batti Gul Meter Chalu.

Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor will soon start promoting his forthcoming movie, Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s masterwork, Padmavati. Shahid will be seen playing the role of Maha Rawal Ratan Singh in the film. Shahid’s look from the movie has been widely loved.

Shahid spoke to a tabloid about what keeps him up and running. He revealed, “Music, coffee, and love for what I do! And the one thing that is an instant energizer is my daughter’s smile! When she looks at me and smiles, it makes my day; I get through the day. There are so many days we’ve been shooting in Film City and so many times I’ve thought about staying in a hotel closer as we know how bad the traffic in the city can get but I’ve never been able to do that. Whatever little time that I get to spend with her in the morning is the time actually meant to energize me and give me the positivity and energy to go out and do good work. I think she is my energizer bunny.”

Shahid was also asked the thing that beats the shit out of him and he revealed, “My wife, perhaps” in jest.

Shahid Kapoor attended a promotional event today looking all dapper in a blue suit. When asked about his daughter Misha Kapoor, and how he would like to shape her future, Shahid gave a deep and meaningful reply. 

He said, "My parents have always told me to do what I want to do. They always said that it is not necessary for me to follow in their footsteps. There were no restrictions or expectations. It is very important for parents to understand that though you give birth to your children, they too have to live their own life. So, I mean, Misha is very very small, she is only 8 months old right now, but I just wish that she does what she enjoys. I will support, encourage and love her whatever she wants to do in her life. As a parent, you have to support and encourage your child. Don't burden them with your ambitions. I never want to do that. I just feel happy whenever she smiles. My happiness is in her happiness."

Shahid Kapoor and wife Mira were blessed with a baby girl last September. Since then, the doting parents have been spending a lot of time with the little one. They are often clicked at the airport, traveling with their little one. 

On the work front, Shahid is busy with Padmavati. The movie by Sanjay Leela Bhansali also features Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh. Shahid's last stint at the box office, Rangoon, was termed a flop.

In the picture, Misha is seen in mom Mira's arms and you can't stop chat about her cuteness. The sparkle in her innocent eyes will just take your breath away. Now, the fans are waiting for the second picture. 

These days father Shahid is busy promoting his forthcoming movie, Rangoon. Yesterday, Shahid went on the sets of The Voice India 2. The plan was to make Shahid dance, but the actor instead called a six-year-old on the stage to teach him nursery rhymes. 

A source said a famous tabloid, "Six-year-old girl Aayat, who was part of Voice India Kids was present on the sets. Shahid called her on stage and asked her teach him some nursery rhymes, which he could go back and recite for his baby girl Misha. Aayat then recited Twinkle Twinkle Little Stars and Humpty Dumpty and made him repeat after her."

Shahid, in spite of his busy schedules, wants to make sure that he spends time with daughter Misha. In a previous interview, Shahid had told, "There is no Mira-Shahid time now. All the time we have is Misha time. I'm loving this phase."

He shared, "Misha is better than anything I could ever ask for. Every girl is truly a blessing to the entire family. Happy #NationalGirlChildDay all."

Shahid and Mira tied the knot last year. They lately appeared on the chat show Koffee with Karan and their crackling chemistry was for all to see.

Shahid Kapoor is a devoted father to litle Misha Kapoor. When his daughter was born, it was Shahid who took to Twitter to pronounces enthusiastically, "She is here!". Since then, the new father has been spending quality time with Mira and Misha. 

At a latest chat show, when asked how he would react if Misha ever wanted to become an actress, Shahid told, "It’s a tough job. I will be scared if she comes and tells me that’s a tough job. I will be scared if she comes and tells me that."

Speaking about his own father Shahid told, "“He is an extremely nice person and he has always been a friend to me, those are the things that I would want. But he’s a bit hyper and he’s a bit over-protective. So, those are the two things that I hope I don’t do to my child."
