Bollywood star Sunny Deol’s son Karan will finally get a launch pad and father is making sure that he makes the best out of the opportunity. Sunny is launching his son with Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas, which he is also directing. Presently, the actor is busy in promoting his next film, Yamla Pagla Deewana Phir Se. In one of the promotional event, he was questioned about his son Karan Deol.

Sunny Deol revealed, “When I came in the industry was I mentally prepared. I am sure he is coming in his own way the way I came in. Rest is up to him how he portrays himself, the subjects he chooses, how he does the job and that is all up to him. As a father, I am always there with him. But I can't go and work for him or select things for him. It is up to us what we become as individuals.”

Meanwhile, Sunny Deol is gearing for the release of Yamla Pagla Deewana: Phir Se.

Actor Sunny Deol is all set to launch his son Karan Deol in his next directorial Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas under their home production Vijayta Films. Speaking about it, he specified to a famous daily, "It was always decided that he would mark his debut through our home production itself."

He further spoke about his relation with his father Dharmendra telling, "I still cannot see eye to eye with my father, Dharmendra. His fear will always remain. Even now, if I'm doing anything wrong, the thought of dad getting its knowledge scares me out."

He further added, "Daddy keeps asking us why don't you'll come downstairs and talk to me. Whenever we sit together, we talk for few moments and then there's nothing to talk about. What to talk, just can't understand."

He also told, "My daddy was never strict, but still, since childhood, we have fewer conversations with each other."

When questioned about his relationship with his son Karan, Sunny told, "Even if I want to, Karan and I can't be friends. He shares his secrets with me but maintains a distance. You can call it his reservation or respect towards me."

Sunny Deol’s desire to cast Sara opposite Karan Deol in his debut film?

Actor Sunny Deol has donned the director's hat again and will be launching his son Karan Deol with the movie Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas. The veteran actor had made his Bollywood debut in Betaab opposite Amrita Singh and has good relations with her. Furthermore, he desired to pair Amrita's daughter Sara Ali Khan opposite Karan in his debut movie. But, seemingly, Amrita was not keen to do so.

Speaking about it, a source said to a famous tabloid, "Though Amrita denied that Sunny approached her, the fact is Sunny was keen to launch Amrita’s daughter with his son. Amrita and Sunny share a strong bond ever since their first film Betaab. He never expected that she would be reluctant to launch Sara with Karan."

The source further added, "When the extremely sensitive Sunny sensed her lack of excitement about the idea, he withdrew the offer. He didn’t give her a chance to refuse.”

Well, that did not get to see the broad daylight.

Sunny Deol wants a Delhi girl for his son Karan Deol in Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas!

Actor-filmmaker Sunny Deol, who had last directed Ghayal Once Again, is gearing up to launch his son Karan Deol in his next directorial and we have recently learned something new about the project.

The movie has been titled Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas and will star Karan opposite a fresh face. Sunny has supposedly decided to select someone from Delhi as the female lead character is that of a Delhi-based girl in her late teens.

Wonder if Sunny too will have a cameo in the film.
