We’re not number two to anyone, says John Abraham on ‘Attack’ clashing with ‘RRR’!

Bollywood hunk John Abraham starrer Attack’s second trailer has been a complete entertainment package, like the first trailer. For the information, the film will clash with SS Rajamouli’s ‘RRR’ which features Jr NTR, Ram Charan, and Alia Bhatt in important roles. During the trailer launch event, John talked about ‘Attack’ clashing with ‘RRR’.

Talking on the screens being divided between RRR and Attack, John Abraham revealed, “We are not number 2 to anyone. We have a lot of respect for Rajamouli Sir but we have equal respect for our work.” During the event, he also opened up on working on the second installment of Attack. He said, “We intend to make a part 2. We have got a script ready. You can only decide to make a part 2 when the studio part is on board. So, we signed on for Attack 2 with Jayanti Bhai even before the release of Attack. I can’t comment on the commercial success of Attack, as am no trade expert, but I can say that we have made a very good film.”

Beside John Abraham, Attack also stars Jacqueline Fernandez, Rakul Preet Singh, Prakash Raj, and Ratna Pathak Shah in the lead. Attack is scheduled to release on April 1, 2022.

John Abraham is all set for his next action thriller Attack. John had himself pronounced about his movie last year through his social media post. Sharing a video where the actor is actually learning to fire a gun, he posted, "Getting ready to “ATTACK” #mynextactionfilm." The movie also stars Jacqueline Fernandez and Rakul Preet Singh.

Recently in a media chat, John verified that they will begin shooting for the movie in the first week of January, tentatively January 4, 2020.

Now, John has shared a post revealing that they have finally begun the shoot of Attack. Sharing a photo of a clap in which the name of the movie Attack is written, John posted, “Attack” Shoot begins !!!" Jacqueline also shared the post on her Instagram story. Speaking about the project, Jackie said that it’s a fantastic movie and script. She is coming together again with John. The two have worked together in Housefull 2 and Dishoom. The film is scheduled to hit the screens on 14th August 2020.
