Saif-Svar’s food journey in song Chef’s Banjara! Watch it!

The promo and songs of Chef which have released till now give a fun and fresh feel to it. The film also stars Svar Kamble, Padmapriya and Chandan Roy Sanyal and is a remake of the 2015 Hollywood film of the same name starring Jon Favreau, Sofia Vergara, Robert Downey Jr. and Scarlett Johansson.

A new song from Chef came out recently and it will immediately get you dancing. Titled Banjara, the song takes us on a food journey while being picturised on Saif and Svar. We can see that their relationship has been fractured but it's the power of food that leads to their reconciliation.

The song is sung flawlessly by Vishal Dadlani who adds all the right flavours to enrich the track while the lyrics are penned by Ankur Tiwari.

Love the simplicity of Saif's look in 'Chef’, reveals Raja Krishna Menon!

Director Raja Krishna Menon tells he wanted a very casual yet creative look for actor Saif Ali Khan in the upcoming movie "Chef".

He tells he loves the simplicity of the look that was finalised for Saif's character. Saif will be seen playing a chef in the movie.

"While styling Roshan Kalra (Saif), I wanted a very casual creative every day look so naturally, we veered towards shorts with T-shirts or shirts, jeans clothes that you would see a young father wear nowadays... It's simple but that's what I love about it," Menon told in a statement.

Bollywood star Saif Ali Khan is all set to show his cooking skills in his forthcoming movie, Chef. The trailer of the movie is out and it assuredly has HIT written all over it. At the trailer launch, Saif was questioned about his cooking skills. To which he replied back telling, "I learnt cooking for about a month. I have started cooking at home now, it's therapeutic. I still can't cook Indian desi food. I take food for granted at times."

"My favourite thing to cook is spaghetti, but my wife doesn't let me cook it often because it's fattening," joked Saif.

Saif Ali Khan starrer 'Chef' will serve it hot on July 14, 2017!

The movie, a remake of an alike titled Hollywood hit, is produced by T-Series, Bandra West Pictures and Abundantia Entertainment. 

"'Chef' will serve it hot on July 14, 2017. Starring Saif Ali Khan, it is directed by Raja Menon, who helmed this year's blockbuster 'Airlift'," read a tweet posted by T-Series handle. 

The movie revolves around a chef who visits his family residing in Kochi after quitting his job at a leading international restaurant. He wants to start a food truck. His son joins him on the culinary journey.

Saif Ali Khan to take culinary classes for Hindi remake of 'Chef'!

During the promotions of Ki & Ka, Kareena Kapoor Khan had joked that her husband Saif Ali Khan is bad at cooking and that he had once taken hours to whip up a pasta.

But, it now seems that Saif will be soon able to cook delicacies for his Begum, thanks to his forthcoming film's preparations. Saif has been signed up to play the lead role in the Hindi remake of Chef starring Jon Favreau and the Nawab will seemingly undergo training in the culinary arts for his role as a chef in the movie. The Bollywood remake will be helmed by Raja Krishna Menon, who had directed Akshay Kumar-starrer Airlift.

Saif will be next seen playing an action hero in Vishal Bhardwaj's Rangoon, which also stars Kangana Ranaut and Shahid Kapoor.
