Rajkumar Hirani directorial PK was released in 2014 and was declared a box office hit in no time. It featured Aamir Khan and Anushka Sharma in the lead roles. In the climax scene, we witnessed a cameo appearance by none other than Ranbir Kapoor himself. This led to conjectures about the making of a possible sequel of the film.
Now, filmmaker Vidhu Vinod Chopra who produced the movie has
confirmed the same. During a media chat, the filmmaker revealed that they will
make a sequel. He further revealed about how they had shown Ranbir Kapoor’s
character at the end of the movie and told that there is a story to tell about
it. However, Chopra also specified that writer Abhijat Joshi has not penned the
script yet and that it will happen once he writes the same.
