Earlier, it was reported that David Dhawan is all set to
remake his 90's hit film Coolie No 1 with Varun Dhawan as the leading hero who
will step in the place of Govinda. But, the leading lady’s name was still to be
finalised.
As per reports, the leading lady opposite Varun Dhawan who
will be stepping into the shoes of Karisma Kapoor is Sara Ali Khan. Now, Sara
Ali Khan is all set to play the role opposite Varun in the remake of this
hilarious 90's film. As per a report in a daily, the writer of the movie,
Farhad Samji confirmed the same and stated that he was really excited to work
with Sara for a second time after Simmba. He even is humbled to work with David
Dhawan and is looking forward to penning down dialogues for Varun and Sara.
