Youngistaan believe their film didn’t receive the praise it should have, and
they’re hoping to prove a point by sending the movie to the Oscars.
Before you wonder,
let me tell you that the Jackky Bhagnani starrer has been sent as an
independent entry. India’s official entry Liar’s Dice is out of the race for
Best Foreign Language film after it failed to make the short-list, but
Youngistaan is hoping for an independent nomination as Best Film. Stranger
things have happened!
