Big B to compare childhood look to younger look of daughter Shweta!

Big B has lately shared a throwback picture of himself along with his daughter Shweta Bachchan Nanda. Big B has actually shared two photographs on the same post out of which one happens to be a throwback picture while the other happens to be a latest one.

The first photo is in monochromatic form in which Amitabh Bachchan is seen with a young Shweta Bachchan Nanda. By having a look at the background of the photo, it can be said that the father - daughter duo have been clicked on a beach. In the other photograph, Amitabh is seen hugging a now grown up Shweta Bachchan Nanda. Big B has also added a caption in Hindi along with the post in which he talks about how his daughter grew up so fast.

Big B’s fans wait to catch a glimpse of megastar Amitabh Bachchan outside a bungalow in Mumbai suburb, Jalsa. The megastar pleases his fans as he greets them every Sunday.

Taking to Instagram, Amitabh Bachchan shared a photo of himself waving at his well-wishers/fans. In another photo, the senior Bachchan is seen flashing his best smile and waving for his daughter Shweta Bachchan Nanda as she stood away beside a pillar trying to capture her father dearest.

Amitabh Bachchan and daughter Shweta Bachchan Nanda share a great friendship. Previously, speaking about her father and what makes him look so cool even at this age, she posted, "...After many hours of agonising over the correct answer to the question 'What makes your father COOL?' it dawns on me that there is no secret formula. He is a prolific adaptor to changing circumstances. It is as simple and as difficult as that.

"He harbours none of the disdain age has for youth: he doesn't screw up his nose to the music, art or sartorial sensibilities of the generations that have succeeded him. In fact, he's adjusted himself to find harmony in all of it. He is never outdated, be it the newest technological fad? the Apple watch, for instance or mastering social media. He's on top of it all, and he's terrific at it," she further wrote.

Navya and Agastya used to come with bruised knees, now with bruised hearts, reveals Shweta Bachchan Nanda on Mother’s day!

Famous Shweta Bachchan Nanda, the daughter of Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan, is most certainly low-key in contrast to her family. But on the occasion of Mother's Day, Shweta got frank about her two children Navya Naveli and Agastya with a famous tabloid. 

                                                                             

On whether she is the type of mother who is also a friend to them, Shweta responded, "No, I am not their friend. I am their mother! I have a communicative and realistic equation with my children. When they were little, they came to me with bruised knees. Today, they come to me with bruised hearts. They ask my opinion, but they don’t have to obey it. I’m not strict about the teenage rites of passage stuff. I am strict about behaviour, that is very important to me."

She further added, "I actually oscillate between traditional and modern. I like some of our Indian traditions. I like, for example, the respect we give our parents and elders here. It feels good, so I follow these traditions."

                                                             

When questioned if being a mother who has her own life meant distancing yourself from your kids and Shweta told, "I do not expect that I will know everything that is going on in my children’s lives, but I am always in on the important stuff. For me, that is enough. I do not want to live through them. I do not want them to live the life I plan for them. I want them to chart their own path; if they fail, there is no shame, and I will be there to pick them up."
