Abhishek Bachchan and Rani Mukherji are again couple for Bunty Aur Babli?

For months there’s been buzz that Abhishek Bachchan and Rani Mukherji will become Bunty Aur Babli again for a sequel to the 2005 crime comedy.

Now I hear that the film is actually set to roll within the next few weeks with a plot that picks up 14 years after the original ended! Apparently this time around Bunty and Babli will be on the other side of the law, playing cops who use their own experiences to track down a younger Bonnie and Clyde! It sounds like the sequel will prove to have been worth the wait!

Rani Mukherji missed a chance at show India’s Next Superstars!

Filmmaker Karan Johar and Rohit Shetty’s show India’s Next Superstars has celebrities coming as guest judges each week. The first episode saw Priyanka Chopra followed by Kangana Ranaut.

Rani Mukerji was to shoot for an episode lately with Karan Johar and Rohit Shetty. But, the actress had to cancel the shoot owing to aggravating pain in her shoulder.

A close source from the sets revealed to a tabloid, “Rani has been in excruciating pain for the past three days. She is a thorough professional and despite her back issue she landed up on the sets of India’s Next Superstar today.”

“She was getting ready to shoot with her best friend Karan Johar and Rohit Shetty and that’s when she again felt a surge in pain. She couldn’t move. Her pain was excruciating again and unfortunately she had to rush back home to be attended by her doctor. We hope she gets well soon,” the source further added.

The team of India’s Next Superstars is trying to reschedule the shoot when Rani feels better. She was to promote her movie Hichki on the show.

Parineeti Chopra became heroine due to Rani Mukerji!

Actress Parineeti Chopra has assuredly come up on her own accord in Bollywood. With a strong educational background, the actress got associated with Yash Raj Films and made her acting debut in Ladies v/s Ricky Bahl. Since then there is no looking back for the actress.

In Neha Dhupia's talk show, Parineeti got frank about how she was Rani Mukerji's personal assistant for a day. Remembering the time, Pari disclosed, "I was her PA just for one day. It was the best day of my life! Because she was my favourite and she was going to my favourite reality show Bigg Boss and in fact, I got to spend 1.5 hours driving to Khandala with her. She told me that you know, you have it in you to become an actress. You should become an actress. I was like wow, Rani Mukherjee, my idol is saying this to me."

It's also exciting to know that Parineeti worked with Manchester United for three years as a part time job. She told, "For all those who don't know, I used to work in Manchester United, in the stadium, at Old Trafford for three years. It was a part time job and I used to lead the catering team. But I must tell you - till today I have no interest in football. I never had a fan moment."

In the meantime, Parineeti is presently shooting for Golmaal Again which also stars Ajay Devgn, Tabu, Arshad Warsi, Tusshar Kapoor, Kunal Kemmu and Shreyas Talpade. Directed by Rohit Shetty, Golmaal Again is slated for a Diwali 2017 release. 

An emotional letter to birthday girl Adira from her mom Rani Mukerji!

Former actress Rani Mukerji tied the knot with long time beau Aditya Chopra in 2014. Since then the love birds have been enjoying marital bliss. The duo were blessed with a loveable princess last year, and on the eve of her first birthday, mommy Rani shared a beautiful pic of herself with baby Adira and we can't get enough of it!

Rani Mukerji has also penned her thoughts down in an emotional letter, which we're sure Adira will treasure when she grows up. Rani tells in the letter that she can't live or breathe without Adira and that her life has changed for the better.

In her letter Rani writes, "I am eternally grateful to the Almighty to have given me this blessing in the form of Adira."
