SRK a gift to the world, says Paul Feig!

Hollywood director Paul Feig of "Ghostbusters" fame on Thursday told Bollywood megastar Shah Rukh Khan is a gift to the world.

Feig, whose wife Laurie is a fervent admirer of Shah Rukh and his work, on Wednesday posted a birthday message for the actor, on Twitter.

"Happiest of birthdays to you today, SRK! You are a gift to the world. Hope to see you soon, my friend," Feig, who has also directed movies like "The Heat" and "Spy", tweeted.

Back in 2016, when Shah Rukh had hosted a star-studded dinner party for Apple CEO Tim Cook, Feig's wife had posted, "Someday I hope Paul Feig can be welcome at Mannat! Dream, Shah Rukh Khan."

Shah Rukh had then invited the couple over for a meal. The director had then replied, "You're on, Shah Rukh Khan! I'll bring the ketchup. It would be an honour to meet you. Many thanks, my friend."

Filmmaker Paul Feig praises Shah Rukh-Alia’s acts in Dear Zindagi!

After latest Dear Zindagi release, SRK and Alia have been receiving a lot of appreciation for their acts. But, this time someone special took to Twitter to praise the Dear Zindagi team.

That's right, American filmmaker Paul Feig, known for movies such as Bridesmaids, Ghostbusters, The Heat, and Spy, and several TV series, shared a message on his social networking handle telling, "Huge congrats to @iamsrk and @aliaa08 on your wonderful performances in #DearZindagi. @gauris, you are an amazing writer/director. Bravo"

Alia was noticeably excited as she responded, "Wohoooooo I'm over the moon and how!!!! Thank you soo much." SRK also thanked Paul telling, "Hi my friend @paulfeig didn’t reply sooner cos wanted to catch up GB2.  Too funny. Thx for the movies."
