Mahaakshay Chakroborty’s career hasn’t hit the big time but Mithunda is hoping his youngest has better luck.

Yup, the original disco dancer’s son Namashi Chakraborty is gearing up to make his debut in a new rom-com from Rajkumar Santoshi that’s been titled Bad Boy. The second-generation actor will romance his fellow newbie Amrin Qureshi in the youth-oriented film that will be out at a cinema near you this Diwali. Well, the desi junta sure seems to love star kids so Namashi is already in with an advantage!

Veteran star Mithun Chakraborty’s son Mahaakshay has been accused of raping and cheating a woman. The woman has accused Mahaakshay and Mithun’s wife Yogeeta Bali on charges of rape, cheating and causing miscarriage without consent.

The woman alleged in her complaint that she had been in a relationship with Mahaakshay since 2015. They got into a physical relationship after he promised that he will marry her.

Actor Mahaakshay was to tie the knot on Saturday in Ooty. But, the investigating team arrived and the ceremony was cancelled. The bride’s family left the place. A Delhi court had ordered the registration of FIR after the woman had complained saying that prima facie there are sufficient grounds for an FIR registration.

Following the order, Mahaakshay and Yogeeta Bali had approached the Bombay High Court seeking pre-arrest bail from arrest till the time they approached the court in Delhi. But, the court dismissed the pleas and refused to grant them any interim relief.

Mithun Chakraborty to cook for Kareena on the sets of Golmaal 3!

Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan is presently busy with the promotions of his film Chef. He lately promoted his forthcoming release on The Drama Company and was seen intermingling with Mithun Chakraborty who is a part of the show.

Mithun remembered a hilarious anecdote from the sets of Golmaal 3 that also starred Kareena Kapoor Khan, Saif's wife.

As per a tabloid, Mithun told to Saif, "She would never have the food served on the sets. So, to ensure that she eats well, I would make food for her on the sets and eat with her."

In the meantime, Saif disclosed that while he was practicing cooking at home, the actor cooked European dishes and hamburgers for his lady love.

Directed by Raja Krishna Menon, Chef is slated to release on October 6, 2017.

Disco Dancer becomes a Genius!

Mithun Chakraborthy is back on his feet after having been laid low with a bad back for most of 2016.

A few weeks ago the veteran actor agreed to play a psychiatrist in Ram Gopal Varma’s horror film Geher, and now he’s also signed Anil Sharma’s Genius. The war film that will be a launch pad for Anil’s son Utkarsh will see Mithunda playing a National Security Advisor who mentor’s Utkarsh’s brilliant IIT-topper character. I get the feeling we won’t see Mithunda break out any disco dancer moves in this one!
