Her schooling journey took her through St. Karen's High School in Patna and later Kendriya Vidyalaya School in Sadiq Nagar, New Delhi. Demonstrating a keen intellect beyond the performing arts, Rati pursued and completed her graduation in Economics from the prestigious Miranda House College at Delhi University.

The Genesis of a Star: Entry into Entertainment

Rati Pandey's foray into the entertainment world began with a significant step – her participation in the reality show Idea Zee Cinestars ki Khoj in 2006. This platform served as her launchpad, soon leading to early appearances in shows like Sony TV's crime thriller C.I.D. and Sahara One's horror series Raat Hone Ko Hai. She also featured in a commercial for Champions Appliances, slowly building her portfolio.

Her first lead role came with Deepti Bhatnagar's Shaadi Street on STAR One, where she portrayed "Nandini." Following this, she took on the lead role of Prarthna Thakraal in Zee TV's Har Ghar Kuch Kehta Hai.

Rati Pandey truly became a household name with her portrayal of Nupur Bhushan in the much-loved youth-based show Miley Jab Hum Tum (2008-2010). Miley Jab Hum Tum’s team reunion!

On the TV, Miley Jab Hum Tum was one of the most famous teen shows in India which came out in 2008 and lasted for two seasons. It made stars out of numerous famous television actors like Sanaya Irani, Mohit Sehgal, Arjun Bijlani and Rati Pandey.

Miley Jab Hum Tum was also the reason we have one of the cutest real-life wedded TV couple, Sanaya and Mohit.

Lately three from the Miley Jab Hum Tum team had a mini-reunion that is sure to melt your hearts and take you down memory lane.

Arjun shared a delightful picture with Sanaya, Mohit and Arjun's wife Neha. They are seen hugging each other with sheer joy and we can't help but adore them.

I want to work with my best friend Sanaya but Don't think any show can afford us together, reveals Drashti Dhami!










TV star Drashti Dhami is all set to return the small screen with her new show -  Pardes Mein Hai Mera Dil. Produced by Ekta Kapoor, Drashti will be seen opposite Naagin fame Arjun Bijlani in the show. 

Drashti lately returned from a month-long shooting schedule in Austria. The promos of the show are getting positive feedback from all the quarters, owing to the duo's sizzling chemistry.

In a chat with a daily, Drashti told about her co-star Arjun. "I've known Arjun since his Miley Jab Hum Tum (TV serial) days. I'd head to the sets to meet Sanaya (Irani) who was also part of the serial. Working with a familiar face makes things easier" she told, adding that the 34-year-old father of one is like a baby himself. " He cribs about petty things like the heat," she shared playfully.

Dhami and Irani have been the small screen's most renowned BFFs. Speaking about their long-standing friendship, Drashti revealed, "We started our careers together and bagged ads, TV shows, and brands simultaneously. We are very close and have discussed our professional concerns."


In the meantime, Irani, who had taken a sabbatical from acting since her wedding to beau Mohit Sehgal earlier this year, is set to return to the small screen with a new TV show, Meenu Mausi. But will the two BFFs, who are also one of the most popular actresses on TV, pair up for a show? To this, Dhami replied, "I'd love to, but I don't think any show can afford the two of us together."
