Tubelight's actor Matin Rey Tangu’s fitting reply to a racist comment!

Recently, at a special event, the filmmakers astonished all of the media persons when they pronounced that Matin Rey Tangu is also there to mark his presence. Salman Khan got up and introduced the little star of the day - Matin. With his innocence and lovely style, he made all the ones present at the venue fall in love with him with the little actor.

The energy of whole venue was onto some another level as Matin's charm was all over. As Salman himself told, "What do I say about Matin, he is Matin, he is a superstar and he is the best. You have already seen his energy level."

Everything was just perfect until a journalist went to ask Matin that - Are you from India? And here when other shouted saying that - he is from Mumbai - and realizing her goof-up - she asked - Matin - Is it first time you have to Mumbai? But, Salman kept stuck to it and asked him to answer. Here came the perfect comeback - "Hum India per hi baithta hai, toh India mei toh aayega na (I live in India only, so obviously I will come here)."

The whole venue was clapping the little star and Salman and Kabir explained that he is from Arunachal Pradesh.

After captivating movie goers’ hearts with his loveable chemistry with Harshaali Malhotra in Bajrangi Bhaijaan, Salman Khan is ready to warms your hearts up with his distinctive relationship with child artiste Matin Rey Tangu in his forthcoming movie Tubelight.

When Salman came to know that Matin loves ice-creams, he mounted several softy machines on the sets to keep the young actor happy. One day Matin challenged Salman to an unplanned ice-cream eating competition and Salman eagerly agreed. With the unit cheering them on, the duo ate a total of 20 ice-creams!

We are definite these two will melt the viewer’s hearts with their goodness in Tubelight, which releases this Eid.

Forget Madhuri, Salman’s best onscreen camaraderie with Matin now!

Admirers have been waiting for Salman Khan's Tubelight ever since it has been pronounced. The teaser has increased the curio levels and now the wait is on for the trailer to finally hit the web on May 25, that is, tomorrow. Just like Harshaali Malhotra was the star attraction of Bajrangi Bhaijaan, Tubelight has six-year-old Matin Rey Tangu.

Speaking about Matin, director Kabir Khan told, "The kid (Matin) always carries a slingshot with him. It's one of his quirks." Well, for years there's was no one to beat Salman and Madhuri's camaraderie onscreen, but, now according to Kabir, "Let's call it evolution; Madhuri has been replaced by Matin now! It was almost coincidental that such a scene be recreated in Tubelight."

Was it intentional to find a six-year-old as Harshaali and Salman's team did wonder? Then, the answer is NO. Kabir told, "None of us was looking for an actor in a six-year-old. We wanted a wonderful child artiste who had the spunk and the ability to withstand a 100-day shoot. Making one perform is always a director's job. Be it Matin here or Harshaali in Bajrangi Bhaijaan (2015), we never cast actors. They are babies, after all. We went through over a 1,000 kids before finding Matin. He had the attitude and determination to last until the end."

What is the main reason that Kabir zeroed it down to Salman Khan? Kabir further added, "One of the main reasons I cast Salman in this film as well as in Bajrangi was his connection with kids."

Kabir even stated how Salman and Matin were inseparable on the sets. Remembering the shoot experience, Kabir told, "His mom was strict, but Salman ensured he got anything and everything he demanded. They even used to have archery competitions on set, and went horse riding together."
