Salman’s Kick 2 on Christmas 2019!

Superstar Salman Khan created history at the box office with his last outing Tiger Zinda Hai. The film also starred Katrina Kaif and had released on December 22, 2017.

While the megastar is eventful with his next project Race 3, Kick 2 producers have dropped in the release date for Kick's sequel. The film with Salman returning as the "devil" is all set to release in Christmas 2019.

In the meantime, a source close to Sajid Nadiadwala had disclosed to a tabloid, "He has finished writing 80 per cent of Kick 2. He has sounded Salman out about the script and the actor loves it. They’ve decided to work on the film from the middle of 2018."

News have it, an international action star might star along with the megastar Salman Khan in Kick 2.

Salman Khan and Varun Dhawan to unite for Kick 2?

Bollywood star Varun Dhawan is presently riding high on Judwaa 2's success. The film also starring Jacqueline Fernandez and Taapsee Pannu has already crossed 100 crores at the box office, also becoming his major hit till date.

In the film, Varun was seen sharing space with Salman Khan, who was the original Judwaa. Salman Khan's cameo in Judwaa 2 made us wonder if we would see the twosome together onscreen. Seems like the wish might be granted soonest.

As per a report in a tabloid, Sajid Nadiadwala who is mighty impressed by the twosome wants Varun to make a special appearance in Kick 2.

A source revealed the tabloid, "The most popular scene in Judwaa 2 was that of Salman and Varun together. Seeing their effortless chemistry, Sajid has been toying with the idea of casting them together."

As per the report, both the actors have agreed to be a part of the film. "Sajid's team is working on the script. As soon as it's complete, both of them will be given a narration," the source added.

Salman Khan’s Kick 2 in 2018!

Film Kick came out in 2014 and it starred Salman Khan, Jacqueline Fernandez, Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Randeep Hooda in the leads. Directed by Sajid Nadiadwala, this film went on to be a hit at the box-office. 

Sequel are all the rage right now with flicks like Baaghi 2 and Judwaa 2 making its rounds. Now, Salman's Kick will indeed have a sequel too, as per to a famous tabloid. 

A source close to Sajid disclosed to the daily. "He has finished writing 80 per cent of Kick 2. He has sounded Salman out about the script and the actor loves it. They’ve decided to work on the film from the middle of 2018."

While Salman will be essaying the same character, the source told, "All the other characters would be different."

"Kick 2 would’ve happened in 2017 itself. But this year Salman is busy with Kabir Khan’s Tubelight and Ali Abbas Zafar’s Tiger Zinda Hai. Sajid has three releases lined up in 2017. First, there’s Vishal Bhardwaj’s Rangoon, followed by Sabbir Khan’s Baaghi 2 and Judwaa 2. So, they’ve decided to work together in 2018," the source concluded.
